Authentic local cafè with amazing bagels, tasty croissants and spectacular croissants. Do not miss the green chili sausage croissant! Sorry no pics of our dishes ad we ate them in a second! Coffee's very good too!

One of the best places in Santa Fe for standing out as being a nice local place. Everything so far in many visits has been great. Love their philly with green chile. And it is worth the effort of dealing with construction to come here.

I eat a lot of lox bagels and this one just might be my favorite. The bagels have a slight crunch to them, but a softness inside that makes for a very pleasant texture. The lox was perfectly smoked and there was plenty of it. All of the flavors balanced very well. The people that run this place are super nice and are passionate about it. Laid back atmosphere, friendly people, amazing food.. I will definitely be visiting often!

We've gotten to know the owner of Boultawn's and he's truly a kind person. He's been struggling for months with the loss of his business partner and the construction outside his cafe. Even so, Tawn cares far more about helping others than pinching pennies. He never hesitates to treat us just for bringing a few customers into his store, or to provide free bagels for the local bluegrass event. Sure, the parking is rough, but he offers an impressive array of tasty offerings for breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices. Give him some support if you haven't done so already, because he really does deserve it.

DELICIOUS! Best breakfast in Santa Fe. We had the bagel with lox, avocado toast, and poached eggs. Definitely recommend.
