Andy our server is awesome love this waitress she has been so attentive and making sure they were comfortable even when the area were sitting in the was too loud. She offered to move us to another table, and she continued to provide a service when I could not get anybody else to attend to us? She definitely deserves a raise.

Do not order the Ultimate Nachos!!! It was literally a big tray full of chips with very little cheese or toppings. Not tasty at all, and definitely not worth the money.

What’s the point of placing an online order to go just to get forced to wait 30 plus minutes to get it. Even worse when people before you casually get their online order directly without even being asked for their name. Must be nice to just text your friends to get your stuff with speedy service and forced to wait for yours. This place is trash and nothing but down hill from here. Whoever blonde girl helped me claimed to have put in all my items in my order but nope here I am waiting even longer to get fries and by the time I got my food COLD. Avoid this place like the plague. Never coming back to this crap of establishment.

The worst wings I have ever had! The sauce tasted like it came from a packet, and the wings were overcooked. It felt like they cooked them twice. When I received them, they were cold and hard. This was the worst experience I've had, especially considering I paid $68 for water and 20 wings. It was not worth it; Wingstop is much better.

NASTIEST wings I’ve ever had. Server was VERY nice. Food was horrible. Meat on the traditional wings were VERY dry. Sauce was as if it came from a premixed packed that wasn’t mixed right and it was dripping with yucky tasting sauce. We eat out 2-3 times a week, so we have seen it all but we complain less than 1% of the time. The restaurant was dirty. As you walk to the bathroom the dinning room smells dirty, like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in a while. My husband was grossed out by the bathroom and I have NEVER had him tell me that, he is NOT PICKY. I would give it a zero if I could. Manager sitting on his ass as tables are left dirty.

Incredibly poor management and customer service. Food is great… but don’t expect to be serviced any time soon. It’s like everyone they’ve hired don’t, can’t, or are instructed not to greet you. Ordered food three hours before pick up…. 15min till my order hasn’t been started.
This terrible service is really unfortunate and it happened multiple times and not just to myself.
Do yourself a favor and find a different place to eat. With the current management and the way it’s run it’s a sinking ship.

One star is better than what I originally had planned.. worst service ever. Can’t even great your customers and asked the bar tender for help but they kept going around blaming each other… someone who works in customer service all I can say is WOW.. no wonder everyone hates coming here (food is decent but service really needs to be addressed)
Talked to a very nice lady and asked her if there were any booths available. She said just to wait a few minutes and disappeared. We never saw her again. A gentleman then asked if we needed any help and we told him about the women before was looking for a booth for us. We watched the same man get the only booth available clean and seat people who arrived 10 minutes after us at the only booth. When we tried to find out what was going on he told us they are packing up the pickup orders and it will be a few minutes very rudely. Now all of the booth seating was gone. We were not going to wait and just left. They were not busy just very unorganized. Last time we came we had bad service so we just left after waiting 20 minutes and being talked to so rudely.

I had a terrible experience with this place and it’s not the first time. This is why I’m writing this review. Never place a take out order or even let alone sit down at this place! Never greeted at the door it takes about 10 minutes for someone to come and ask if you need help. Your order is told to be ready at a specific time and they said let me go check on it. The guy never came back. A lady then checked on it for me because I stopped her. She looked annoyed, frantic and not wanting to help. She then came back to say they haven’t started the wings. I left after 30 minutes of waiting because I was told it was gonna be another wait. This place isn’t worth anyone’s time nor money. These wings arent even good just to be topped off with crappy customer service. What a joke! Expressed my concerns to the so called supervisor just to be shut down, talkin over and hung up on after. Then slandered me after! You guys need an entire new staff that wants to be there and work. This crew is making a terrible name for Buffalo Wild Wings. After looking in the kitchen to find all of the employees not doing there job lollygagging and laughing around, when they had 1 table a a couple people at the bar… I felt taken advantage of. Go across the street where the wings taste better, have excellent customer service and pickup times that they meet. It’s called WINGSTOP!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! This is not the first, second, but THIRD time I've experienced horrible service and excessive wait time. Supervisor was the worst part of it all! It took 5 minutes for the host to greet me and when I asked for the to-go order she said it would be right out, 30 minutes later im told its barley being made. I left without the food and called the supervisor. She not only dismissed me, but hung up while expressing my disappointment in the wait time. I will NEVER return here, and will NEVER suggest this place to anyone!! Save your time, and money and go to wingstop right across the street!
