We should have looked at the reviews first, but it was just a quick decision since the kids were hungry. Took them forever to get us seated, while 70% of the tables were empty. The food is fine, its what you can expect from a place like this. The service was our biggest problem. As we had no water, no silverwear, no napkins and all the condiments were empty, we could see a huge line of guests forming at the entrance and nobody came to seat them. They probably stood there for a good 8-10 minutes, while we also struggled to get any attention for our table. Will for sure not coming back, this place is horrible.

This restaurant honestly is bad one time I ordered 3 of the 20 dollar 20 for 20 meal they only gave me two then before thanksgiving i ordered just 20 traditional wings and they did a bunch of dumb excuses and I never got a refund or any compensation this buffalo is the worst in New Mexico never get food from here plus I once saw some drama a fight happen here this buffalo is the worst by the way I have been to the place multiple times and every time they switch waiter it gets worst they go from messing up the order to just not caring what they get this is the worst buffalo I have been in nothing but a scam taking 20 not compensating me and another day off 30 dollars saying it’s closed and using it as an excuse avoid this place

Placed an order by phone but they never actually put it in the system. Came to pick it up after 20 minutes like they said and was told “another 5-10”. Then 30 minutes later they finally figured out it was never placed. They hilariously thought I’d actually want to place it again in person and wait another “20 minutes”? Yeah, no. Wing Stop is across the street and ready in about 7-13 minutes with way better jumbo wings. All the bad reviews for this location are warranted.

Having worked in the industry, I understand you have bad nights. However, management did NOT even try to make the situation right after a bartender walked off the job. Waited over hour for basic salad. Waited a long time to pay and get out of that horrible environment. Would not recommended

The service is always super slow. Came in today and waited 15 min to be served when there's waiters and waitresses walking around but ignoring the people who have been sitting for awhile. Definitely needs to be staffed more and more respectful employees very rude.this establishment has been around for a while do better

I don’t even know where to start. Service, wait time, getting the order right. Took over 45 minutes to get our food. All of our items weren’t even delivered when the waitress dropped the check off, as if i couldn’t afford to be there. My sons wanted dessert, that took 30 minutes to come out. The bathrooms were a total mess and lacking soap and paper towels. I love(d) the food here but the service keeps making it harder to come back.

Buffalo wild wings is generally good. But the staff at this location are rude and unfriendly. Waited inside for 15 minutes and they kept saying we'll be right with you. After 15 minutes, 2 more groups walk in, they waited exactly 45 seconds and both groups were seated and were given menus and drinks within a minute of sitting down. And one server kept rolling her eyes at literally anyone who asked her a question. The only nice person inside was the girl with the red colored hair, she was truly trying her hardest. Its way too cold in here, its unbearable, you see people shivering and wearing hoodies.
Loved having my date here with the sports games on its my kinda place to hang out for lunch or a late dinner. Its just fits perfectly for a late night snacks after work. And I work late

Andy our server is awesome love this waitress she has been so attentive and making sure they were comfortable even when the area were sitting in the was too loud. She offered to move us to another table, and she continued to provide a service when I could not get anybody else to attend to us? She definitely deserves a raise.
