We had ordered double meat burger mustard whopper, and mustard whopper both with NO CHEESE on 2-3-25 What do we get CHEESE. arriving home took out burgers from paper sack the whopper burger bun was mushy myfriend didn't enjoy she ate what she could. BK is/was our to go get a big burger hasn't shrunk like other Burger Places. Don't make any changes just good service.

Wife and I were in town on business. We needed a convenient place to get lunch near our location when we were done.
Found a parking spot in the movie theater parking lot across the street because this location has a small parking lot which was too tight for a large pickup and trailer.
Walked in, greeted with a smile, ordered two Whopper Jr's and a large Onion Ring.
Order came in a timely fashion, hiked it back to the truck and wife and I had the best Burger King meal we have had in years.
Burgers were perfectly done. Onion Rings were hot and delicious.
Kudos!! And all for less than 10 bucks! In Santa Fe!
Parking: Small tight lot at the store. Plenty of parking at the movie theater across the street.
it's ok but they don't know how to count. Make sure you COUNT the number of burgers, and the number of patties if supposed to be more than 1, or whatever that is supposed to be in your bag if you do the drive thru. The employees at that place have a problem counting higher than 1 so will often put 1 patty on a burger that is supposed to have more than 1. Or put 1 burger in the bag when you are supposed to have more than 1 of a burger. After you go thru the drive thru, pull into the parking lot and check everything because they fairly often miss something, and not cool to get home with missing something major. If they messed up the order, as long as you are still in the parking lot, you can take your receipt inside with your bag of food and point out the mistake, and they should give you whatever you are missing. As far as the burgers go, only the whoppers are decent size. The other burgers are like the size of a slider or biscuit. If the accuracy of the drive thru orders was at least as good as elementary school level (meaning able to get the simple count correct), I would give it higher rating, but since the average 2nd grader can count better than the employees at this place, I think giving them 2 stars for the quality of service plus 1 more star for hiring mentally handicapped is fair enough, but they really need to hire someone with intelligence to look over the work of the others and make sure things are done correctly.

This $5.00 meal bag promotion got my attention a few days ago...MAN, AM I GLAD IT DID! Burger King is KILLIN' MCDONALD'S! Better Fries, better burger and Much Better Chicken Nuggets, imo.
They don’t answer the phone, unable to place an order, walked over at 10:40 pm only because it said the lobby was open until midnight, however it was not the case, the employee completely ignored me when I tried to place an order. No wonder BK is about to go under ;-(

Was craving a nice fat whooper so I ordered and the girl says no meet we only have chicken. Lol. Keep in mind it's only 11 noon. So I got a original chicken sandwich and it was way over cooked and the green in it was bad and brown. Neve will I be back

I go to this location pretty much once a week for one thing or another. Not only are the prices amazing and really lower than any fast food restaurant in town , but their staff are also AMAZING at THIS location! No matter how there employees days are going they always treat you respectfully and never rush you to order or have attitudes. The employees and establishment are what keeps me going here for sure. On top of the FOOD. They definitely take their time cooking and making sure your order is correct. If they do mess something up, they fix it with no problems or attitudes. Try it out for yourself. ?

Everytime I get my preset as soon as I arrive home I remember to check my food they charge for the condiments but do not add them and this has been going on for a while now no sure if the employees are either lazy or just don’t care gonna start taking my service else where
