We’ve eaten there twice. Both times, they increased our tip to 30% rather than charging our credit card with the amount authorized in the receipt. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the first overcharge until after the second. Even though the food was good, we will not be back.

The service was super slow. I ordered 4 glasses of water with lemon and it just took forever. I think they gave it to the other table of 4, then she brought us plain water, when I specifically asked for lemon. No big deal, she brought us lemon after but for me the small details is all tha matters between 15% and 20% tip. I ordered the stuffed chicken and it was burned. The side zucchini and mashed potatoes were ok. The pasta dishes were done al dente but very salty. The worse was the fried calamari. It looked and tasted like someone didn't like and they re fried it. Small, greasy and overcooked, especially the shrimps. We saw the same order in another table and it looked fresh. I won't be coming again.

Good Italian food, kinda odd location. They should do more to upsell some specials and drinks.

I just had a solo lunch at Cafe Grazie. Overall, a good experience. Simple menu with more or less all the Italian greatest hits. I asked the server for a recommendation between the Spaghettini with Spicy Meatball or the Lasagna. She suggested the Lasagna. So, that's what I ordered along with a basket of bread. I can't eat Italian without using the bread to "scarpete" the plate. The bread came out lightly toasted with olive oil and garlic, which was nice, but less absorbent for scarpete. The tomato sauce what we might call pomodori con basilico, was lovely lots of fresh basil. The filling was light, meaty and well seasoned. Frustratingly for me, the noodles were overcooked and mushy.
I ordered Tiriamisu for a dessert, and it was everything it should be: lightly, airy, sweet, and lovely.
Definitely worth a return trip.

We had ordered from here for delivery once before and decided to go there for date night. Definitely a locals place. Nice ambiance. Run by a brother and sister who is the chef. I had chicken parm and my wife had the stuffed chicken. We started with a Caesar salad and enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine. Service was just right for us and everything was delicious with a good presentation. It's a little tricky to find Next to dominos and across from target.

It is simple: this place has a quiet charm with moderately priced, really good food. What else could one want! The ambiance is basic, but edging on elegant. And for a quiet conversation over a pleasant meal, this is the place to come!

Surprisingly good! We had a quick overnight on the road and stayed nearby. Big storms rolling through led to pick somewhere close and easy. It's a small place with limited staff, but very pleasant and friendly. Yes, meal took a while, but we were not in a hurry and it was worth the wait! I had salad with grilled shrimp. Nice and light and well balanced. Hubby had chicken Parmesan that was terrific! Not a huge portion, but just right. Light breading and the red sauce was delicious (a bit sweet which we enjoyed). Prices were very reasonable, too. Definitely a good meal if you're on the south side of Santa Fe!

We were the only customers but it took 45 minutes to get our salad and pasta. I asked for the brunch menu (as per the website) and the waiter asked me what brunch meant. We paid $40 for a very mediocre meal including $5 for 6 slices of not very good bread. Would not recommend this place for lunch. Maybe dinner is better; we are not going back.

This cute little spot tucked into a busy shopping center, serving Italian food, could be a real winner with a little additional effort. That effort should probably start with a manager onsite during business hours as the staff just don't seem to have it together. The food wasn't horrible, it just “missed” in a number of ways and the service was bumbling at best. Pollo Picata was overly salty and far more spaghetti than chicken, Meatballs with Spaghetti were good but the pasta was overcooked and stuck together, and on the service side, our guest who ordered the chicken roulade did not receive her food until the rest of the table was almost finished eating. Multiple requests for her missing dinner were met with “its coming right away” (it wasn't), “it takes a long time to prepare” (it shouldn't have) and a private conversation with the chef by one of our party resulted in the waiter bringing a “free dessert” which they had already been informed we did not want, instead of the compensation that was agreed upon (to remove that one item from the bill.)Having guests, we did not wish to create a scene, and not knowing of the previous conversation, she accepted the dessert that was delivered. Sadly, it wasn't very good either. Had the food OR the service been off, we would likely have been willing to give this place a second chance, but in a city where great restaurants abound, don't waste your time!!
