Stopped in to get coffees, a cappuccino and mocha. Drinks were lukewarm, taste so badly we tossed them without drinking. Service was slow, host was rude.

Don’t let the location inside a residential area fool you: this is a bonafide cafe/restaurant with great views, plenty of seating, and an excellent, fair priced menu. I had the Peruvian roasted chicken and my wife had the empanadas and soup combo. Both meals were excellent, and so was the coffee. We will definitely be back.

Lovely design and concept of the cafe. A variety of food, the empanadas were very tasty. Lots of greenery inside and outside the cafe! Our French server was very nice, pleasant and deserves big kudos! Don't miss this place if you are in Santa Fe. The only thing I didn't like was the cappuccino. But Santa Fe is not a coffee mecca, so that's negligible.

Many empanadas were not available on my first trip over but what I had (Lions mane and 3 sisters plus a corn chowder) definitely made me want to try it again. It was a little busy and the service was slow and also forgot our appetizer which is why the 3 starts there, but I think that was a condition of when we went. Otherwise a great place I'd recommend.

Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was gorgeous. Wish there was a little more space between the tables at the window but over all it was great.

Waited 45 minutes to get our drinks, a coffee, Bloody Mary, Mimosa and soda. Our food came before our drinks. We finally got our drinks about 55 minutes after being seated. They claim the WiFi was down and that the orders never made it to the bar. Seems the waiter didn't really care, as most waiters would know something not right within 10 minutes. Cafecito needs to give their customers more service to be truly good.

I was really disappointed in the omelette. It felt like a microwaveable omelette then they added cheese to the middle very tiny diced (I had ham bell pepper and mushroom) that didn’t even stick to omelette. And hard to pick up with a fork. It wasn’t mixed. Didn’t love that. Did like the mate and mate latte. Small menu and probably won’t return. Maybe for the mate. Server was very nice. Didn’t like the payment transaction part either. They’re standing right over you waiting watching you.

Sat outside and had a lovely brunch within 20 steps of our vacation rental. The breakfast empanada with the three sauces was great!

The food was good, although not exceptional. Service was mediocre. We ordered an appetizer and they brought it with the entrée so we had to send it back. Not very attentive service either.
