It's still a neat restaurant but the atmosphere is pretty bland for what it used to be. Can't say the same for the food. It was way tastier than I remember so I believe the quality has improved. A quick and tasty lunch.

"That's a Damm tasty burger!" Clean restrooms mean the kitchen is equally squeaky clean. And that is super important in this day and age. Excellent service, brought to the table with a nice smile and without any fuss. I like how they locked the side doors so nobody interrupts your peace and serenity while eating.

I went to go get dinner on December 8th at 6:00 p.m. I ordered two things El Diablo Burger and hand breaded chicken tenders. I went through the drive-thru and they asked me to wait in the parking lot. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. When I went in to inquire about what was taking so long they asked for my receipt. I gave them my receipt and the one working in the front switched out the receipt and took off the chicken tenders and claimed that he didn't switch it out. I spoke to the manager and he was incredibly unprofessional I was basically double charged the original charge $20 for the El Diablo Burger and hand breaded chicken tenders and then charged again for another El Diablo Burger. Bringing my total to around around $30. My assumption is they didn't want to fry the chicken and the employees on hand didn't want to set up the kitchen to do so. So their answer to this was to gaslight their customer and then overcharge that customer for catching them in a lie. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat at this Carl's Jr location. The manager and the staff on hand are clearly trying to scam the customers.

I recently tried to purchase a big carl that are buy one get one free, The manager who spoke poor English, Refuse to honor the special, claiming I had to order online to get it, this is False advertising and I plan to take this violation to the attorney general!!!
Lastly, The manager who did not want to help me, refuse to give me his name and hung up the phone on me. This is not proper conduct of any manager; he needs to be fired immediately!.
I will be spending my money elsewhere, And most likely never eat at any Carls JR ever again!!!

I love this Carl’s Jr, they’re always fast and make sure my order is correct! Even when there’s a wait the food is never cold it’s always hot and ready to eat this is by far the cleanest Carl’s Jr I’ve been too!

I haven't been to Carl's Jr. In a long time, and this will probably be my last time going, We got the Western Burger, and the onion rings weren't even onion rings..more like just fried onion skins.. disappointed. I was so excited to try the guacamole burger with fresh guacamole, but the guacamole was way too spicy! Not edible, I had to throw it away. We also got cold, old french fries.. some were very over-fried black crusty fries.. So we weren't very happy with this food experience. I used to go to Carl's Jr... used to be my favorite, but now I am sad to say it's not anymore.
