The cowpoke bowl had tender beef, which I really appreciated, but unfortunately the dish was so hot (as in spicy) that it was not possible to enjoy the wide variety of flavors of the ingredients.

Catch Santa Fe Poke has outstanding Poke Bowls. The restaurant is adjacent to the Capitol Coal Micro Food Hall, nestled in a quiet corner of the building. Wish this place was here a long time ago. Wonderful poke bowls!! (And I’ve been to a few of the sushi places in town including izami and wouldn’t return. Plus lived in Hawaii) The poke/tuna bowl was wonderful! Great seasoning, wonderful seaweed salad (the succulent not rehydrated kind) The yuzu bowl was not as great. There was less salmon in comparison. Flavour was equally great but the bamboo rice was quite undercooked (not edible). Not really a good hang spot. Small noisy...
