I’ve always seen Lotus Dumpling House when picking up Backroad Pizza across the way and finally tried it tonight. Delicious!! We had the Japchae noodles, Chicken Dumplings, Signature Dumplings and the scallion pancakes. Enjoyed everything we tried and definitely will return.

Amazing food and service. The owner was very helpful and honest with decisions and loves the food they create and wants others to enjoy it just as much. It's fresh and very flavorful. Unlike any other dumpling place I've tried in NM. 10/10 recommend.

Delicious dumplings and soup! I had fried seafood dumplings and hubby had the beef dumpling soup. Both were amazing, fresh, and a good price. Served quickly by friendly people. Will definitely return!

I picked Lotus because of its ratings. Its not anything like the 4/5* reviews. First of all, its both a skin care shop and an eatery stop. Their menu is priced as if its a sit down restaurant with freshly prepared food. However, the food is pre-made, probably frozen, and heated up. The portions are small. The cutlery is the flimsiest plastic forks available. The food is ok, not great and not bad. And its quick. But there are much better places for the price & experience. I won't go back.

Off the beaten path but a must in Santa Fe. It is real deal dumplings, and a great family dining experience. Amazing food and lovely service.
An awkwardly uncomfortable dining room with counter service and a handful of tables. Serving a simple and delicious menu. Good varieties, of a few items, and a specials board. Tasty bites with no frills like food presentation. Get your own everything at the counter, a plate comes out with food on it, it tastes good, you eat, you carry on.

We ordered the pescatarian (shrimp) dumplings and they were so good! The best I’ve had outside of my mom’s homemade dumplings. (Try them boiled!)

Really nice people, great service, food was not good though. Tastes equal to frozen dumplings. I make better kimchi. Gave us indigestion. Expensive as well. Sorry.
