Was there last night and the whole experience was odd. Guessing the drive thru person has never seen an older version of the ten dollar bill. Since she had to ask the manager if it was real. MY SALAD TASTED OLD. ASKED FOR EXTRA ICE GOT NO ICE.

I came in at 11:08 it's now 11:28 and I still have not gotten my food whats going on? If your a rush dont go hear for lunch exspesully if you only have a hour for lunch.. very disappointed in you guys..

Slowest service that I've ever had at a Chick-fil- a. The store hours online said 10, but the dining area closed at 8 via a paper on the door. I got in the drive thru line and waited... And waited... And waited. FYI this is an old school location with a single drive thru line and no one outside to help, causing the line to wrap around the building. The area under the drive thru window was littered with dropped food and condiments. Looking inside did not make me feel good about my food. The floor was disgusting. I don't know how the workers weren't falling from the spilled drinks, cups, and greasy floor. Oh and no "my pleasure" from the worker. I guess it was a bad day.

I've been waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and still haven't even placed an order. Not sure if this is typical for this location, but every other one I've been too is super quick. Would not recommend if you are in a rush.

Every time I've gone to this location, I've had crumbs for fries. My order is never correct. When I ask for my order to be fixed, they just apologize and DO NOT give me the correct order.
I went to go pick up my food order because half of it was missing I spoke to one of the young lady’s about my order missing she had red hair and she gave me the most nastiest look and attitude.

They are always busy so i always order and pick up. My only issue is that they fill the bags all the way up and I can't carry them and food gets cold on the drive home. I always have to ask for a bigger bag.
