You know a city is doing terrible when their Chick-fil-A is terrible. This review is not about Chick-fil-A in general. It’s about this specific Chick-fil-A on Cerrillos in Santa Fe. Yesterday I placed an online order and was sitting in the lobby waiting for it to be ready. The app said it was ready and someone would call my name. After a couple minutes, nobody had called my name so I went and got in the pick up counter line. There was one woman ahead of me. We stood there for five minutes while countless employees looked at us, walked by us, etc., and nobody offered Any kind of help. There were probably 15 employees behind the counter, including managers Who were standing around and talking or looking at their phones. Ultimately after standing in that line at least three minutes I had to sort of cut in front of the person in front of me and ask someone to help us. My food had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. This location is a joke and Chick-fil-A should close it down cause it’s doing nothing but hurting their reputation for good customer service.

I have had my fair share of Chick-fil-A dining at many locations across the United states. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my life. Somehow they get the order wrong every single time I go here, whether it's a missing drink, incorrect sauce, missing fries. And yes, I've experienced all of these at different times from this location. This last experience, they gave me a bag full of various sauces that I didn't even order. The food is okay, not quite the same quality as every other Chick-fil-A. And the friendliness of service that Chick-fil-A usually offers is non-existent at this location. I will add, the location is awkwardly laid out on the inside. The online order pickup is right in front of the doors so entering and leaving is chaotic. Overall, this location needs some major revamping in both staff training and layout.

I come here just for her, she makes people happy 😊 She goes to every single table, talk to people and makes sure everyone got their food right, if they need any utensils, bags to pack their food and more importantly she spreads love and happiness!! In DFW, they move fast. Here, they move at a snails pace.

The food is fine, but this is the slowest Chick-fil-A I think I’ve ever been to.
This location never disappoints they have figured out how to quickly get two lanes of cars through the drive drive-through. They have never messed up an order and the employees are always very pleasant.
