Chicken Wings in Santa Fe

“Food is absolutely delicious!! True to Soul Food. I am visiting from Louisiana for work. I was afraid I wasn't going to find good Soul Food cooking here. Someone in my office recommended this place and they did not disappoint!! I got the catfish and fries. Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was amazing as well! I will definitely be back to try everything on their menu! I am one happy Country Girl!! Thank you!!“

“Pizza was delicious, but place was a bit odd. Granted, we arrived during a winter storm. Bartender was nowhere to be found, although some people had drinks. Self-serve, perhaps? Ended up going to adjacent bar and pizza maker delivered to us, which solved the issue.“

“Outstanding service by Steve. Nice selection on Chili's menu. We enjoy going to Chili's when we travel and this Chili's did not disappoint. Very reasonably priced. Nice selection. Meal was very good. Highly recommend this Chili's.“

“This location happens to be the midpoint on road trips to my home town. The chicken is always fresh from the fryer, although sometimes there’s a wait for spicy pieces (worth the wait though).

Visually, hit or miss in cleans tables/bathrooms but nothing to be offended by.

Overall the food is great and the staff is friendly. The 3 piece combo with okra is my go to meal!“

“The food was good, but they forgot to put a few items i paid for in the bag. The manager did offer a replacement or a refund, but i live out of town, so both of those options aren't options for me. But the food i did receive was pretty good!“

Also Jose Martinez and Alexis (I butchered the last name) are incredible employees and ready for anything my food was made exactly to order and it was delicious hot and arrived on time! “Went in was told they’d be right with us apparently the guy was on the phone, but took awhile, two other female employees took off to the back and did not acknowledge our presence, at the very least a hello or head nod with eye contact would have been enough for us to have waited longer. The establishment was not busy and I believe that we were the only to customers in the “restaurant” the experience was awkward and I believe the employees need coaching in customer service. We decided not to order.

Update: They are pretty consistent as of late, the and friendly, management is very accountable in regards to issues.“

“I feel like they never have any advertised specials. Even when I order "extra most bestest", ( lol, stupid name, I know!) you get what looks like any other ordinary pizza. You mean the regular pizza, the one a dollar or two cheaper, has even less pepperoni on it?! Daaang! Ok. Well, let me get... Oh, you don't have that?! Never mind, hot and ready then I guess. This place is always packed, who's gonna have time to make you your special?! Ain't nobody got time fo dat! Barely got enough people to feed pizza into the vending machine... At least it's cheap and it works! Way better pizza than dominos too.“
