Chipotle Mexican Grill

Everything is so fresh and the staff are friendly. One of my favorite places to eat every time I come to Santa Fe.

Family picked up an online order on the way home from the airport, the burrito is a ln absolute joke. As thin and short as a cell phone, whole thing fits in my hand. What the heck is up with that?!

They are always busy a lot of times. They only have one person working the food, one person on the cash register and one person making the food. Be patient with the staff!

The only complaint I have is that the food is sometimes too spicy for me to eat. I like to enjoy what I'm eating. Not suffer or be able to not taste it.

The quality was much less than at other chipotle’s- the lettuce was brown. My husband got sick w food poisoning and I don’t know for sure whether it was this or the three other restaurants we ate at while traveling but my bet is the lettuce.

3.69 for a soda is absurd… bathrooms are locked but don’t tell you if there is someone in there so you spend hours typing in the code… terrible experience… will not go back

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to . The old guy who was helping me was horrible . He was telling me that I don’t know how to order and he was being very rude . It was as if he did not want my business. This was a horrible experience. I love the food but I hate the atmosphere and the old guy who helped me .

I just placed an online ordered and drove over to pick it up. I saw them finish putting it in the bag while I waited for my order to be ready. I drove about 6 minutes back home and tried to eat this food and it was completely ice cold - burrito and bowl. My food would have been warmer if it sat out on the counter to get to room temperature. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - NOT WORTH IT. When I called the store I was told that it couldn’t be cold because they just checked the temperatures and told me to call an 800 number if I didn’t like the food because they couldn’t do anything for me. Upon calling corporate number I had to insist on a refund because they only wanted to offer me more bad food. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - NOT WORTH IT.
