It is insane for me to think that I would pay $11 for a bowl and they only give me a half a scoop of chicken to me that doesn’t make any sense

Chipotle is my liiife

Always has new employees but the food for the most part is always fairly consistent and good.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Chipotle was beyond disappointing. When I opened my bowl, I found an inedible substance mixed in with the food — something that clearly should not have been there. It completely ruined my meal and made me question how clean their kitchen actually is.
On top of that, the food itself just tasted off — almost artificial, like it wasn’t fresh or real. The texture and flavor were nothing like what I’ve had before from other locations. For a place that advertises “real ingredients,” this was the exact opposite.
I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon. Chipotle really needs to step up its quality control and food safety — no one should have to worry about what they’re biting into.

Poor lady in the front helping out all the guests.... others are talking and on their phones. Kinda disturbing and disgusting on how this associate is sitting where food is supposed to be prep...give the lady a raise she was the only person making sure everyone was happy. Im not sure her name but 10.19.2025 time of visit 130pm ish.

Great variety. Meat & vegetarian options. Even options for Keto & diet restrictions. Staff are kind and quick and patient if you don't know what you want. Lots of seating and parking.

The food is good, but they need to put more meat in the plates. The server was great, the cashier not so hot, she just drops my to go order into the bag.

Rice was chewy and hard. Chicken was lacking flavor and was dry. Disappointed as we often eat at Chipotle wherever we go. We won't stop at this one again.

They forgot my chips that I ordered and no one even cracked a smile or acknowledged my existence at all when I walked in. Does good/decent customer service even exist in this country anymore?
