Came here twice for breakfast while visiting Santa Fe for a long weekend trip. Tofu scrambles available for substitute, vegan cheese and easy to see on the menu while are available for vegan modifications. The bakery also has vegan options. They happened to have lemon cookie and chocolate chip this day. Both were delicious! #Veganuary
I was very disappointed by the cookies I bought yesterday. They were not good. I got one pretty frosted pumpkin sugar cookie for $6 and it was very hard and tasteless. I got two "monster cookies" that were also stale and tasteless; only the chocolate chips had taste.
Update Nov 4: Thanks for your reply, Chocolate Maven, I'll take you up on that offer.

Delicious brunch, and sitting right next to the bakery that makes their famous baked goods! Highly recommended.

BEST BAKERY EVER
They have the best croissants I've ever had, so fluffy and buttery and delicious, as well as the best burritos ever. The burritos have soft fresh tortillas and tasty insides with lovely green chille. Their gluten free bread loafs are also top notch. Would recommend

Red and green chile were gross and service was horrible. Chicken wrap and blue corn pancakes were good when our food finally came out. Several people were served before us that came way after us.
Dietary restrictions: Cheese. Asked for no cheese on my uncles burger and when it came out you could tell cheese had been on it and scraped off. They gave him his meal for free but the waiter was just annoyed and rude. Other burger not great. Baked goods were yummy and because of our not so great experience they have us our sweets for free.

3 of us ate here in July and we were all extremely satisfied with our meals and friendly and efficient service. You can taste the quality of ingredients they use and pride in preparation. Pictured here are the portobello and Swiss omelette, Huevos Rancheros (with Christmas) and we split a blue corn pancake which was delish. This place will definitely be on our list the next time we visit.

I had the scrambled tofu breakfast. I know I am in the southwest, but most places serve the same breakfast: scrambled tofu, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, and black beans. This establishment also served smashed potatoes which must have been fried. They were very hard to chew and were not hot like the other items on my plate. I would not reorder it again. The scrambled tofu was hot and well put together. The only downside were the quality of the potatoes. Service was great and there is an attached bakery. The only vegan baked good was the sole cranberry muffin I took home with coffee. The muffin was excellent. I wished they had more vegan baked goods.
What a gem! The staff was totally knowledgeable about vegan options, and anything on the menu that says “vegan option” is made with substitutes, not just omitting half the ingredients like some places. A cook even came out while we were waiting to make sure I wanted my Migas with vegan cheese in addition to the tofu. It was incredibly flavorful and so filling. My fiancé also loved his vegan breakfast burrito (in a bowl).
Good food. Been digging their burgers lately. Just wish the chips were consistently fresh because they rock when done right. Always fun to watch the bakers.
Parking: Bumpy paved lot. Often crowded but you can usually find a space.

This place was recommended by a friend, and it did NOT disappoint; in fact, it exceeded my expectations! This place was DELICIOUS!! The staff was very friendly, and it was awesome watching the bakers do their thing as we ate. Got the BLUE corn pancakes and house made green chili sausage ? ? ?
