Not a very good place to go for pizza. I would say the pizza was mediocre at best. We ordered three pies. They got the order wrong on one of them, and so had to redo it. They left my order out completely.
There was no cutlery, no red pepper shaker or parmesan shaker. Completely unorganized. This is my first, and last, visit to Chomps for pizza. I have to reserve comment on the other food stalls since I have not tried them yet.

We went in and got ice cream at Hello Sweet Cream, we had never tried this place. Took our grandkids with us. We really enjoyed the ice cream. The only problem is that they only offer like six or seven flavors. But we are in the area we would go again.

We’re visiting from California and initially walked into the space to get a sense of the vibe. We liked the funkiness, and aimed to come back for the Cambodia inspired food next evening. Well, first thing we were told was that this station was really backed up with orders, and there would be quite a wait. We were hungry, so we reluctantly settled for pizza. That was our first mistake….
Ordered the large veggie pizza with the request to put the onions only on half of the pizza, for allergy reasons. It arrived pretty quickly, and - darn it - the onions were all over. No water, no napkins, no cutlery. My husband went to complain and the ‘chef' lamely said he’d forgotten and then offered to remake a small one as replacement. I went back to the counter for some cutlery and napkins, but the knife I asked for had to be hand washed first… go figure.
But here comes the worst: the pizza was entirely tasteless, from the crust to the tomato sauce, the mushrooms and the (thick cut) onions! I went back again for some Parmesan cheese or anything else to liven it up a bit, but the small cup of dry Parmesan shreds was equally tasteless. Probably stood around for days.
This pizza station (with three employees) should be closed down. It totally ruined our meal, and I was sorry we left a good tip BEFORE we received our food. A disastrous experience I want to warn other people about. Would give it ZERO stars, if I could!

We took a group of 18 community college students there on a trip . We choose this place as that it would have many options for many people. We showed up at around noon on a Saturday in early April, and the only businesses that were open, were the coffee shop, the BBQ place, and the Ice Cream Shop. It was snowing so ice cream was not that popular. The BBQ place did a wonderful job of keeping up and had good food and The coffee shop was lovely. The dude making pizza was there waiting until 2 pm to open. If we would have know this was the situation we would have choose a different location to eat as a group.

The pizza was excellent, but it was the only choice. The other food vendors stalls were closed.

I really wanted to like this place... Several of my friends were telling me to check it out. I was not going to write a review, but I felt so mistreated during my visit that I had to. We were paying customers but one of their employees tried to fight my friend for no reason. This employee was their promoter and he told our server to make us to leave. She did this apologetically because she knew it was wrong; however, we were not going to leave without the pizza we paid for. When our pizza came, the promoter came back up to us and starting causing issues again. We disgruntledly left and ate our pizza in the car. I will not be visiting this place again, and I hope their management team looks to sharpen up their customer service because this is the story I have been sharing with my peers. Food was alright.

We had such a strange experience here. We stopped in on a Sunday evening around 5:00 in Feb 2025. It was completely dead, maybe 2 people seated at the bar and 2 people in line for pizza. None of the other food stalls were open so pizza was the only choice. There seemed to be minimum of 4 pizza employees around at all times but only one guy taking orders AND cooking all at the same time.
We ordered a Golden Ratio- they said they were out of ingredients for it. Ordered a salad- said they were out of ingredients (although the lady in front of me successfully ordered and received a salad… maybe it was the last one, who knows). So we settled on a large Magherita pizza and sat down and played pool while we waited.
During this time, we saw numerous employees come in and out of the door and into the back rooms and bathrooms about 30 times. It was so distracting that we commented on it amongst ourselves several times. It was odd because no one ever looked at us or appeared to notice that we were even there. After about 30 minutes we started wondering what was taking so long. More people were coming in but the people in front of us has just received their food so we thought we were next and the holdup was just handling the few other customers.
Wrong. After another 10 more mins or so we decided to check on our order. He said there was one other person in front of us then we were next and he had “run out of dough and had to make a fresh batch” as another explanation for the wait. Weird that there were still people ahead of us at that point, but I took it as maybe a bunch of pick up orders so we were understanding at that time. We wait another 20 mins, so an HOUR total and checked in again- the guy that had only just started helping the original guy acted confused, like there was no order for us at all. Then the original guy jumped in and said no, that pizza is hers. They kinda looked weird at it and boxed it up and handed it to us. We checked it in the car… it was cold, like it had been sitting on the counter for at least 5-10 mins, and was missing basil (which is one of only three ingredients in a margarita pizza). We took it in and asked what happened to the basil and they said “we ran out." No apology or anything. My sister was already irritated and asked if it was typical to just hand people their food with missing ingredients and not say anything and only then did he apologize and his response was something like “sorry, some stuff went down with our boss today. Do you want us to add something for you?" So they added pesto upon our request but acted bothered by us.
So to recap- we ended up waiting just over an hour for our third choice of pizza because they were out of so much stuff in a completely dead place and then on top of it all, the pizza was cold and WRONG, and no one ever communicated a single thing to us the entire time. All it would have taken was someone to say “hey just FYI, we are low on a lot of stuff right now and I have a ton of pick up orders to handle before we close. If you don’t mind waiting a while, these are the pizzas we can offer.” That’s it. Simple. On top of that the vibes were just off. I’m sympathetic that some internal drama probably did go down that day and threw everyone off their game but with the amount of employees there were walking around and milling about for no one to say a single word to us is completely bizarre. And it’s a shame because the pizza was good. We won’t be back.

I recently hosted a private event at CHOMP and the service, food and drinks were all phenomenal!! As a lifelong New Mexican resident, I can’t believe this was my first experience with this establishment. I won’t miss visiting this place every time I’m in Santa Fe.
They have a sign outside that says turkey legs. I went on three different occasions and the guy wasn't there. WASTED MY TIME! I WILL NOT GO BACK. REMOVE THE SIGN WHEN IT'S NOT
