Authentic & delicious. I moved here from Miami Florida and Miami has great Chinese food. Chow's Asian Bistro in Santa Fe is definitely worth a try.

A friend recommended that I try out Chow's, so I did. The pork fried and orange chicken I had were both delicious, but the portion were a lot bigger than I was expecting. In fact, I think what I ended up getting could've easily fed 2 or 3 people and had I known beforehand, I probably would've just gotten the rice by itself.

What a great find! Once again we were at Anytime Fitness, which is very close to this outstanding Asian Bistro and we were starving. Luckily we got there at 1:30 because they close at 2:00 and then reopen later in the day. We had Taiwan chicken and lettuce wraps vegetarian which was so tasty and so filling that we ended up asking for a go bag and we'll be having that for lunch again in a few days! SO .. WHAT A Win-Win! Anyone seeing this review and has not gone there, get yourself there ASAP! You will so love the food and the people that work there work very very hard and they're so accommodating!

This place is truly wonderful. The best restaurant in Santa Fe in my humble opinion. Truly attentive staff, wonderful food (coffee chicken and veggie fried rice are my favorites) and just a lovely atmosphere. I always bring family and friends here when they are visiting and they always say it’s delicious and that they’re still craving it the next day.

Cute spot with a nice waiter and the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The spring rolls had no flavor, the hot & spicy soup was underwhelming, the Pad Thai was a soppy mess swimming in very salty soy sauce, the General Tso chicken was salty, sweet and gooey without the bed of steamed broccoli in the description. No rice was included. $65 I will never get back .

Good food. I decided to try a new dish, Thailand chicken. I wasn't really into it, but it was warm and had the chicken and veggies I wanted. It was light on flavor and really comforting actually. I bet it'd be really good for a person recovering from a cold.

I came here on a Tuesday. The service was great. They were processing a lot of take out orders. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered one of the chicken specials and it was very well done. The sauce was not overwhelming.
Portions were nice, food was delicious and it was a reasonable price. We had the Mongolian beef and teriyaki pepper chicken. Both solid choices.

Entrees arrived at the table without rice. Asked the server where was the rice. She replied, rice isn't included, that's extra.
Uh, Chinese food without rice is like spaghetti without sauce. Go figure
