I love Church's spicy chicken, and their biscuits too. But this location doesn't seem able to get orders right. I don't think I've gotten an order yet that was what I ordered. If you're eating in it's a small annoyance but easily correctable, but if you picked up carryout or had it delivered, check it ASAP (like, in the parking lot) so that you can deal with it quickly. Once everything gets straightened out, enjoy your tasty chicken.

I did not discover that the mashed potatoes I paid for were not included. When I got home, I called and was told I had to go back and show my receipt. I had to make a special 20 minute trip immediately or an adjustment could not be made. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place got our order wrong! And what good is it to bring it to management's attention..to "complain" because they don't care anyway. Then to top it off our chicken sandwiches were so dry! Ugh just will never go back.
11/14/2024 My husband went to Church's Chicken today for lunch we decided to give it another chance, and everything was good except for one drink that came with my meal, a Coke. The Coke tasted sour and didn’t taste like Coke at all. I proceeded to call Church's Chicken to let them know about the situation and asked to speak to the manager. I was not being rude in any way. I politely asked the manager's name because I just wanted to know who I was speaking with, but she refused to give me her first name and acted very unprofessionally. She was rude and mean, and even hung up on me. I didn’t want her last name or social security number, I just simply wanted her first name so I could know who I was speaking with so her being a manager and refusing to give me her first name is unacceptable and unprofessional.
On different occasions, every time I have gone to this Church's Chicken, there has always been a problem. No matter what, I don't think I will be going here anymore. It's very sad because I actually did enjoy the food, but the employees and customer service completely suck.

We were not offered any kind of compensation, any extra anything for the wait. For the length of wait at least give some more sides or something especially when food is for a larger family!

CONSISTENTLY WRONG FOOD I really want to love this place because the one time they got my order correct, it was SO good. And their jalopeño poppers are the bomb. But after three times asking for spicy chicken and getting home to original, I’ve been very disappointed. The spicy chicken is why we go there. Plus, the sides have been lukewarm a few times. It’s not worth $40+ for my husband and I with the norm being that we don’t go home with what we asked and paid for.

Their card machine didn't work with tap pay or my 2nd card. I kindly asked them to reset their machines since i just got paid a know a 30 dollar isn't going to block my card. Instead the manager told me it's because I don't have enough money. Can you imagine the audacity? We went back and forth, with me saying I just bought things with the card a moment ago from the shops around, and it's fine/the machines need to be reset. Instead, he threatened me with police if I don't leave. I left and went to KFC and everything worked without a single problem. Literally just because I'm black and my card declined doesn't mean I'm broke. It was that attitude of total racism that has me never going to churches ever again. To think, this guy has no idea that I just got paid today, yet came at me like I'm just some broke guy trying to get a free meal. It was beyond disgusting and insulting, it was down right offensive af. Who looks at a customer once a card declines and says "you don't have enough, you need to go to the bank and get cash then come back" vs trying to solve what was clearly a handshake issue with technology. The possibility that technology fails NEVER crossed this guy's mind. He literally kept repeating we can't do anything for you over and over vs trying again. The girl that took my order was nice and I almost mistook this for a good place, but the older guy made sure i knew my business wasn't welcome at churches. I was literally a referral from a loved one in the area, because i always associated churches with bad areas and never tried it. They vouched for you. Needless to say after finding out how I was treated, you lost more than one customer. Btw, I'm a tiktoker and and youtuber with over 80k followers per account. I could have easily pulled rank, posted you & this place online, but I didn't. you're at a 3 star for a reason. People can ruin the best corporations. Any publicity is too good for you. So I won't gift you that. I will however be reporting this discrimination and telling everyone goodluck. This is what I get for trying a place that is known for being bad. Google reviews don't miss. Never again.
