I love Church's spicy chicken, and their biscuits too. But this location doesn't seem able to get orders right. I don't think I've gotten an order yet that was what I ordered. If you're eating in it's a small annoyance but easily correctable, but if you picked up carryout or had it delivered, check it ASAP (like, in the parking lot) so that you can deal with it quickly. Once everything gets straightened out, enjoy your tasty chicken.

30 minutes waiting while people after us got their food. We were told it was going to take 10 min for us to get our food. We were not offered any kind of compensation, any extra anything for the wait. For the length of wait at least give some more sides or something especially when food is for a larger family!

I like to eat at this place, usually getting takeout to eat on the way home. On this day, the chicken was really greasy and they forgot my biscuit. I didn't open my food till I hit the highway, so I was disappointed.
