1. Food was amazing- very unique, creative and delicious! 2. Google says casual dress, however, be ready to be snubbed if you don't look the part. Mind you, we were in dressy jeans, dressy shoes and nice sweaters. Take a sport coat. 3. We went early thinking we could have a drink at the bar. There is no bar. Don't do this. 4. The hostesses were the worst and honestly made all difference in my decision to never come back. Rude and judgmental. I've been to many far more upscale restaurants and not treated as poorly. 5. Our waiter and help were amazing! Coyote Cafe- Teach your hostesses to do better.

AN AMAZING CULINARY EXPERIENCE. THE AMBIANCE, SERVICE AND FOOD WERE EXCELLENT. A GREAT PLACE TO CELEBRATE IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES OR TO SHARE SPECIAL MOMENTS WITH THE FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

Creative dishes in a sleek space with an open kitchen. The apps sparkled. Nothing was less than outstanding: the yellowtail crude, pork belly tacos and elk carpaccio. The cocktails were top notch as well, especially the Yuzu Pisco Sour. Entres were good to, but not as outstanding as the apps. For one, the Duck Confit dish was tiny. I almost asked "Where's the duck"? We would have ordered a dessert or two, but after the dessert menu was dropped off, no one came by the take our order for a good half hour, so we ended up settling the bill and taking our leave. The restaurant was busy, but still, not a good look.

Another great experience. I visit CC every time i go to Santa Fe. My server Cedar was very helpful in interpreting the menus and specials and was beyond attentive. Highly recommended.

This was our second meal for our weekend getaway, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is very nice, but not pretentious. The service was excellent with just the right amount of attention. The food was very good and we never felt rushed. The suggestions from the server were well thought out and he listened to us, and we ended up splitting and it was just the right amount of food, so it turned out to be a great experience. The presentation of the food was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing food and drinks. Owner is very involved, obviously cares about guest experience. Overall lovely experience.

We enjoyed the presentation of the food, wonderful unique touches with everything. Our server was not very warm, never made eye contact, rushed to and from table, had to ask others for refill on the water. For a pricey restaurant we expected the service to match the quality of the food and it did not.

100% endorsement to take your meal at the bar. The chefs are personable and I always have the best conversation with my barmates. The bar is directly in front of the grills and cooktops. Great fun!!!

Excellent restaurant with top notch professional service. From the sommelier to Ru our server and the young men helping, it was great. Excellent wine offerings from which I settled on a 2019 Brunello nicely priced at $100.The food was very innovative and excellent. The only blemish was that our third dish, the grilled Maine lobsters with pasta was indeed very tasty, but the pasta was over cooked. Highly recommend and when in Santa Fe again, I will return.

The waitstaff was great. The pork belly tacos, good. I ordered the duck. They served it with what tasted like mashed bananas and tortillas with no flavor. My friend ordered the fish. Not real tasty. They charge $4 for the kitchen staff. The Ceasar salad was $19 and just okay. At the prices they charge, the restaurant owners should be able to pay their kitchen staff. Our waiter was visibly upset when we refused to pay the kitchen. It is a very pricey and noisy restaurant. We won't return.

This place is on another level for food and service! Excellent menu! I cannot put into words how good the food was! We visit a lot of restaurants in Santa Fe and Dallas and this one is top notch for sure!

Strange experience tonight at a restaurant I've always really loved. Service was very poor and inattentive. Not sure what was going on???

Everyone was well dressed and extremely customer friendly, even those who did not serve us. Food was exceptional as well but we did find the prices higher than expected but with prices rising throughout the economy they were somewhat expected.

Excellent venue, great ambience. Outstanding service. Food presentation/plating was very good. The Tellicherry Elk steak was underwhelming. There was no flavor of the Tellicherry peppercorn- a waste considering how it might have elevated the Elk. The sea bass was well prepared and presented. For dessert, we shared the Banoffee Sundae which was superb but was oversized for the bowl it was served in- a saucer underneath would have been good.
