Crackin' Crab Santa Fe Seafood Boil

We always eat at crackling crab seafood boil. But today our service was so terrible. We had to walk out because the people that were waiting on us were speaking about us in their own language. Thank God for translation ear buds. so we just walked out. Rating them terrible service. Treat people with respect and you to will be treated the same.

Crackin Crab has the BEST SEAFOOD in town!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing meal and service! You WILL leave here FULL AND HAPPY!!!!

Ordered takeout, got home, saw what looked like bite marks in the corn on the cob, called restaurant, returned to restaurant and after the explanation was given (“it is defective corn”), asked for partial refund. Was told they could not issue the refund on site but had to call someone to issue it. Was told that person would call to confirm the refund was issued. That was Saturday. Today is Tuesday. No calls, no sign of a refund.

I eat there (in house) at least once a month and usually it's ok depending on the server you get . Take out TWICE a month , today I was asked to pay XTRA for lemons which I've NEVER had asked that before ? So I approached the OWNER and she said yes you will have to pay extra for more lemons , I was in un belief she told me that considering HOW MUCH I SPEND there ? What was MORE AMAZING to me she said you can go to Albertsons and get some for cheaper ? that BLEW my mind THE OWNER of this establishment WOULD SAY THAT for a $1 worth of lemons ??? I've done it before AND WILL NOW cook my own crablegz , shrimp ect FOR CHEAPER ! ! ! After this RUDE encounter ! PS I ONLY GOT 2 lemons for 30 shrimp, a SMALL pound of crab legs ? , ate at Tortilla Flats the afternoon before they gave me a cup full to take home NO PROBLEM ???

First time to eat here, literally sitting in the truck after we ate as I write this. It was AMAZING. The flavor town we just visited was like a mini vacation. My 10 year son and myself just got absolutely sick because we couldn’t stop eating. They were quick, friendly and I cannot wait to come back! 100/10. We are big fans, officially.

Wow, what a fun but yet primitive way to eat the best seafood I have ever thought of. You eat with your hands and try to stay clean. FUN,FUN,FUN.

The reason I do not recommend this place is because the owner has no business being in business. Multiple people were never paid for doing the work they did for her. She didn’t care to make it right.

My sister and I stopped through there while finishing up a trucking assignment. The food came out less than two minutes. The shrimp were soggy. The potatoes were nasty no season actually taste like it was a couple days old horrible absolutely horrible no other words. Certainly wasn’t worth the money that we spent

The portion is a bit big for one person and they don't make half's for crab legs unless you get shrimp I was looking forward for crab legs but decided to go elsewhere.
