My family and I went on Sunday around 7 PM. The restaurant closes at 8 PM, so we figured we had plenty of time to be seated. When I told the host we were a party of three, she immediately said they weren’t taking any more people because the restaurant was full. I glanced at the waitlist and saw only three names on it, which made the situation even more confusing.
What was especially disappointing is that we’ve come here many times before—even on busy nights—and we’ve never been turned away. This has always been one of our go-to spots, so it was frustrating to be denied service with no clear explanation, especially when we arrived a full hour before closing.
We understand that restaurants can get busy or short-staffed, but clearer communication or a posted last-seating policy would go a long way. We left feeling unwelcome, which was really unfortunate.
The host or whoever it may be that answers the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful

It was just weird getting your food served in plastic bags and the waitress said they're microwavable. Please don't put plastic in the microwave!

The night we went they were playing R&B slow jams. The waiter was friendly and quick with the food. We ordered the drift and extra scallops. It's as good as seafood gets in the desert!!

Food is really tasty but the service really leaves something to be desired. We paid a $60 grat for sub par service and that's aggravating. And then the actual restaurant looks horrible. Come on, you're charging a ton for food and it's not really that clean or nice at all.
The waitress failed to actually listen , assuming we had more people in our party when we actually told her we just needed one more minute to decide, she left us sitting there without even ordering for 45 minutes. She belittled my mom, talked to her like she was a toddler when she's in her 60s and a nurse so I'm pretty sure she able to understand the menu. No need to be condescending with older people.

The waitress did NOT return my debit card. My daughter came into the restaurant and was a witness to my debit card not being returned. June 4, 2025 someone attempted to key in my card information for Starz entertainment for $50. Wake up that waitress is sketchy. But you will find out some day. I was not given a tray. When I went w my family she would not make eye contact with me and avoided speaking to me. I called and the owner proceeded to yell at me.

I honestly cannot believe I even have to write this, but here we are.
I’ve been coming to this Cracking Crab location for years. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, brought friends, recommended it to others, and always received a great customer service until today. Today, I was blatantly and publicly accused of stealing a nutcracker. Yes, you read that right. A $5 nutcracker.
After ordering a full meal and spending over $100, the server casually starts dropping comments like, “We have cameras, we can check later,” and “Can you guys check your bags?” as if I’m trying to smuggle out a cheap utensil I don’t even use. I don’t eat crab legs with a nutcracker, I don’t need one at home, and frankly, if I wanted one, I could buy ten elsewhere without breaking a sweat.
The sheer disrespect was unbelievable. I was treated like a criminal in a restaurant I’ve supported loyally. No apology. No tact. Just suspicion and attitude. It was humiliating and completely uncalled for.
Management, if you’re reading this: train your staff on how to approach customers with decency. You’ve just lost a loyal customer over a $5 nutcracker and I’ll be sure to let everyone in my circle know exactly how this location treats its paying customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

Just left this place after seating myself at bar where 3 different employees walked right past me never acknowledging me with even a “hello give us a minute.” One employee even grabbed a dust bin right by me after seating a table (no one else waiting to be seated) rather than knowledge me. They clearly don’t need the $200 Togo order I was prepared to make and wait on while enjoying a beer at the bar.
the food was amazing there 5 people with me and we got are food less in under 10 minutes the food was amazing and the workers were really nice
