I’ve never been this disappointed in a Crumbl experience. I don’t know the employee’s exact name, but I believe it was Johnny, a younger kid with dark hair and the way he treated my friend and me was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He whispered rude and unnecessary remarks toward us to his coworkers, which was extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable.
No customer should ever be talked about behind their back while standing right there. That behavior is immature, unprofessional, and absolutely not what I expect from a place like Crumbl.
Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Thankfully, the locations in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque know how to treat people properly, and that’s where my money will be going from now on. Crumbl needs to seriously reconsider who they hire, because behavior like this drives loyal customers away.
