Had ordered food and ice cream here everything was great until this one worker he has glasses and red curly hair was so rude and bad customer service.. would come here again but don’t want help from him again.

The food is burnt . I gave them many chances and each time the fries, chicken strips , and cheese curds are beyond over cooked don't recommend them in any way. Your better driving to the next place you have in mind before wasting money there

The food was very good. The only thing I didn't like was the staff.... they looked annoyed when I was trying to order. And when I was still looking the guy with the slick back and that kid with the glasses and pink hair kept trying to rush me. It wasn't scary but they way they kept looking at me felt intimidating. I understand if your having a bad day. But don't take it out on others just because..... do better!

A kid named Abel took my order. From the start he was so rude he was also being rude to his coworkers which made me upset I have always come to this Dairy Queen but today was a very upsetting time coming here with my three kiddos trying to share some fries. I had ask for a LG which initially I thought was the original basket like they always had it. I payed the difference for the basket which was not that much of a difference in price and the amount of fries was poor and over salted. Thanks Abel. I won’t be coming when your around.

My sister and I like eating at DQ,we always order chicken in a basket we have noticed lately white pepper gravy is watery it was better thick also noticed they are cutting back on frys which is better then wasting what can't be eaten

Great service! The people at the register are always nice and they’re FAST at making ice cream! Food quality is always consistent. I like to stop by this place whenever I go to the mall.

Went to eat with my parents and kids, the shrimp tasted like bleach and there was a hair in the ice cream.The manager said “this lady always complains.” Not sure how that’s possible when we aren’t even from there and when I said that to the manager he threatened me and told me to “leave unless I want a problem.”
