Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I drove all the way from Los Alamos looking forward to some DQ only to find the business has been closed for over 2 years, yet the business is still apparently confirming this location is open when it's not, and then they send automatic responses to any reviews asking people to come back again soon I don't understand why Google or DQ or somebody doesn't fix this I wasted so much gas and money thinking I was gonna get ice cream.... Wish I hadn't been lied to I would have just drove to Espanola

I went over earlier close to 7 and they were closed … lights out and not a car in sight .., online says closes at 9:30Sounds like management problems to me!!!I was over again today at about 4:30 and was closed … maybe having big management problems .., I must mention I live in the area and go over to DQ periodically … is very disappointing to have to say that the quality of ice cream at this location is substandard, and I’m being generous … throughout the last 2 years when I’ve had the ice cream it’s been a tan color, watery, and feels like has large ice crystals …. I’ve commented to the attendant and they say the ice cream machine is malfunctioning basically … I sure hope this problem is remedied … also, it appears the staff turnover is high … there are new employees each time I go … due to quality of ice cream, I’ve concluded there to be serious management problems.(I’ve noticed problems since the Orange Julius items were no longer available) … I’m sure I’m not the only person saying this … I can’t imagine the good reviews after having the experiences I have had each time I’ve been there!

We had chili cheese dogs Lee cheese dogs French fries and and a small Heath blizzard which were all delicious thank you Dairy Queen?

Food was okay, so was the ice cream. However, the political signs for blaming and shaming are not appropriate. I go to eat and enjoy the ice cream not to read signs on finger blaming why no one works. It's not the customers fault nor should it be. We understand the current employment situation but be polite and remove politics from the signage.

Ugly parking lot and drive through but the food was pretty good. I think that’s the good part. But it came out hot and good. Plus staff was really nice.

Well we love to get blizzards but lately they've been horrible the ice cream tastes like its watery and my oreos tasted so stale i thought they were ghram crackers then we got pretzels and only got enough cheese for one pretzel the people were nice and fast but the quality of the ice cream n cheese was horrible!
