Extremely long wait time, ~30+ minutes for one sub on a slow Saturday morning. Probably best to order ahead and leave them plenty of time to prepare your order.

ATTENTION DASHERS!!
You will have to wait in the main line regardless of how busy the store is, when you ask where to go for dash orders they talk to you like you’re stupid. Like yeah, you have to wait in the main line. This place can get really busy and the lines will be long, negatively impacting your tips.
KEEP THiS IN MIND!!
I will NOT be picking up any more orders from here unless the tip is just that good. But be ready to have to explain to your well paying customers that you are being forced to wait in the main line to pickup their order!

Update 11/1/2025 I received two salads completely wrong, the spinach salad had slimy green leaf and not a single piece of spinach. The chefsalad had mix, when no mix was ordered. The garlic breads were hard bricks Dinner ruined. Dont eat here!!!!!!!!

THEIR SUBS ARE AMAZING. GREAT BREAD. GREAT INGREDIENTS. WISH YOU COULD GET SOMETHING OTHER THAN THOSE RAGGEDY POTATO CHIPS WITH THEM.
PIZZA IS THE BEST IN TOWN AS LONG AS YOU KEEP VEGATABLES OFF IT. THEY HAVE THE BEST CHEESE AND SAUCE, BUT EVERYTIME I HAVE GOTTEN A PIZZA WITH VEGGIES ON, IT IS SOGGY AND DRIPPING WITH WATER.
First impression the store smelt horrid of wet dog I couldn’t quite describe the smell to you. The workers ignore you when standing at serving counter waiting almost 45 min for a pizza that I was told was to be ready in 25. My pizza came out burnt sadly. I’d like to express my disappointment to this location being because I’ve been eating here for years now but I will not be returning thank u sincerely Lorain

Worst experience with customer service I have had. Ordered multiple pizzas 2 days in advance to take to a client for lunch. Arrived and paid at 1155 am for a noon request. Was told they were ready and just needed to ne cut. I went to restroom then sat in front of counter on bench to wait. After 20 minutes and asking twice when they'd be ready, the manager took them out of a warmer and sat them on a counter behind a wall. I asked again for my food and she had a different staff member go get them. It was truly an unbelievable experience and I will NEVER go to another dions because of the experience at this santa fe location.

Usually love this place, placed an online order today and when we picked up was missing some of the items, instead of offering a refund (we live out of town) they insisted we come back. We live 3 hours away and noticed once we got home, yes we should have checked the order but multiple things were wrongly made as well. Disappointed in the decision.
