Placed an online order for two pizzas and the second pizza was completely mismade. I called the store to let them know and they could only offer me an in-store coupon for another order, not even an online credit, and refused to refund my simple order that they bungled. Do not recommend.

Not sure what the older lady who delivers is named but boy she is extremely RUUUUDE! She shoved the pizza box into my hand and ran back to her car. When I realized my Coke was missing I ran outside and asked her and she yelled. There’s no Coke!” When my receipt clearly says there’s a Coke.
The pizza was incredibly cold and pretty much inedible .
Maybe you guys are shortstaffed , but it’s no excuse to be this rude and have food show up and not be edible.

Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered a pizza to a hotel. The driver/manager, Liz, could not figure out how to navigate a hotel and left. She didn’t even bother going to the front desk, like anyone with common sense would. When we called about it, we were assured that a new pizza would be made and redelivered shortly. We got another call later from Liz claiming it was our fault she didn’t know how to navigate the hotel. Not only did she have an extremely rude and accusatory tone and attitude, she refused to deliver the pizza and wanted us to go pick up a COLD pizza. We were fed up with her and asked for a refund. We’ve ordered from DoorDash multiple times and every one of those drivers were able to deliver to our door. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Santa Fe has the worst Domino's Pizza on planet Earth. It does not matter when or what you order. It is a complete embarrassment and I will never ever order anything from this company again no matter what city I am in. I wish we had a Papa John's in Santa Fe. Also the entire staff is completely rude and the company is completely inept. Do not order anything from this company.. it will come to you cold and completely disgusting and they do not care.

Online it says my order is ready, but when I pull up to the window I'm told its gonna be 7 more minutes???? Then why did it say my order was ready? Was it because I didn't call it in? 15 minutes pickup??? Please, still waiting on my order 30 minutes afterwards, finally got my order at 8:27 only 50 minutes even though online said it was ready 30 minutes ago. Good job domino's 👍🏽 👏🏽

Received the wrong order twice last night and waited from 6:37 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. when the order should've been ready for pickup at 6:30. We've been here two more times since this review since we live close, and both times the orders were incorrect AGAIN.
Ordered online and waited an hour for 1 pizza. I parked and waited with my hazards on like a fool cause they don’t care to bring your pizza out to you. I go to a lot of Domino’s and this one is the only one that has left me waiting like this. Management did nothing to make this better so that was the cherry on top. No cares given at this location. I’d try another Domino’s in town if you’re traveling or driving through. This is not the one!!

Been here multiple times, ordered online. They made our pizza wrong 3 times, I sat outside for 70 minutes, while 15+ patreons got their order correct. After all that, we got a very-very cold incorrect pizza. Very disappointed in this store and their service.

I ordered with the app. The app said my order was ready. By the time I got there they'd given half my order to someone else. By the time they remade it the rest of my order was cold. Plus I was late picking up my girlfriend. My mistake, I shouldn't have expected much from Domino's

Driver went to wrong location and was rude when he finally got to us. Did not get out of the car, passed the order through the car window, didn't have a receipt for me. Our order was wrong, no extra sauce as we ordered, we paid for 16 wings, only received 12 wings. I ordered a thin crust, got a crust that looked the same as the other Hand tossed pizza. Phoned the store and was told that they could not fix the problem, I have to go to the website and lodge a complaint. I paid for 16 wings and STILL have not received a solution to my complaint. I will never order from Domino's again! There is definitely better pizza places with better customer service.
