Everytime I have gone in it has been a wonderful experience. I'm local and have seen the ups and downs of all of New Mexicos restaurants since covid. Aside from that wonderful quiche, delicious chai, amazing scones and croissants. Will always enjoy coming here for breakfast or a quick snack. Thank you! ?

Ordered an excellent red velvet birthday cake recently. Everyone loves the cake, and the raves about the frosting!
The worse service from tweekers with no work ethic. Service was very fastidious and long. We ordered vegetarian burritos, but were given burritos with bacon. Years ago, Dulce was the best. Now, as the owners just want profit, it is not recommended.

Do not get a custom cake here!!I have tried countless emails (the one they cited on their website) called the owner Molly, called the bakery directly, and a voicemail. Over the period of a month. Zero communication for a custom cake I'm trying to work with them on. You would think getting a hold of the President is easier than this fiasco.

Went in today to the new location in Rio Rancho. Picked up some lavendar vanilla latte and wow it was so good and my kids got some cupcakes/muffins Will definetly be back! Looks like it has a lot of potential to be a really cute spot . Yay. Love to support local rather than Starbucks.
