Older lady was very rude and I felt pressured to order and still got my order wrong and got mad at me for not taking my full order. Had to wait again to order for the food that she didn’t add on the first time. Probably recommend this place to add another location in town so they can be more helpful to the customer in there store

There is a lady with glasses who was at the register. This is the 3rd time that I have felt disrespected. Not only is she rude and unfriendly with her expressions, seems she is a racist. I feel that it is my ethnicity because of which she treats me differently. She was friendly and treated other customers warmly.

Rude staff. Asked to remake a drink due to dietary restrictions. Given attitude. Made to paid for a whole new drink, fine. But took original drink from me. Tried to give me an iced coffee. An iced latte has two shots of espresso w milk. Iced coffee is just cold coffee with creamer. These things are not the same. This is coming from from a Barista myself. I'm pretty sure she still gave me an ice coffee in the end. Ridiculous

Enjoyed the staff they were friendly and kind and respectful but one was not whatever she going through you do not want customers to feel uncomfortable and not want to return. But the rest was delicious and wonderful .

It's in Santa Fe so the people are rude customer service is horrible but that's it normal for Santa Fe but the donuts are good if they have what you want because they don't bother to make all the donuts every day
