Went to purchase a drink. Not knowing what i wanted. Just wanted a sugar free drink. I was offered a SF double rainbro black tea with coconut milk. The drink was amazing but what was better, was the employees that made my night. Taylor, Sophia, Isaiah L. Great customer service. Kudos to them. Because of them. I will be back.

I frequent at Dutch Bros with my husband and love the drinks and service but recently when we've been going, there's a young underage girl in her teens that works there who has been borderline harassing my husband and openly making advances that my husband has been respectfully declining and has made both me and my husband, extremely uncomfortable as it's disrespectful and the fact that she's also a child i've tried contacting them via their phone number to report, but it just goes to a general headquarter number not the local shop and has made my husband uncomfortable to even go there anymore:/ sad our fav coffee shop has been ruined by bad, disrespectful staffing

service is great, drinks are out very quick and you can see everyone working very hard. everyone is very nice and drinks are always on point. eva is great at making drinks and i ask for her when i can. i do find it weird they have their workers outside when its freezing out and dont allow them back in. i feel like they should find a different solution for the workers but besides that great atmosphere

Very disorganized location. Went recently and there was NO one out side taking orders, and the menu boards were not working. Do you expect me to drive all the way to the window to order!? After I was nearly to the window a worker finally came out to take my order and he was unable to speak— mumbling all the words and so difficult to understand. Finally when I got to the window they tried to give the wrong order. Don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location.

It was bitter cold out and they were still dutifully outside taking orders. Super impressed, and gave them a great tip for it. Great coffee and flavored rebel. My dog loved her pup cup too 🤩

I went to dutch bro at 445 on christmas eve and they chased the whole line away and said there not taking orders. The website said 5. I was in the line for 15 minutes prior to that. I also went to the walk up window before that and they told me to go to the drive thru. I highly dont recommend. Albuquerque locations are fine

First time going to dutch bros. Received a free coffee since it was my first visit. Was delicious quick and super awesome service. I usually get stuck in line at Starbucks waiting behind someone ordering the world. Not this time lol they brought my drink to me and I was on my way. The girl was super friendly as well as the gentleman working with her handling the line. Love it!

The coffee is way better than Starbucks. People are much nicer. Service is fast. For me I like it much much more that that other place thats so overrated. And you will pay a lot less. So give it a try. No I don't work for them !!!
