Really good tacos. I got al pastor and chicken adobo. Personally I liked the adobo better. A bit of miscommunication led to my tacos ending up with no toppings, but they're real good on their own and I got the sauces at least.

I drove from Boulder. CO to see a friend & eat these tacos. We're actually an hour away, north of Santa Fe. These are the BEST breakfast tacos & burritos anywhere & I speak as a native Texan!

The bacon breakfast burrito I have loved for years has changed for the better, firmly establishing itself as my favorite in NM!

What I loved that is still there:
- A breakfast burrito packed to the gills with flavor and filling.
- A restaurant unafraid to bring the heat. Spice: the salsa, sautéed jalapeños, or something. Whatever it is, I love it! The temp: it’s always piping hot!
- The green salsa that is refreshing, hot, and a touch creamy all at the same time.

What’s new:
- A chewy, lightly flame (or grill?) kissed tortilla. I used to say I wished that I could take the Chile Toreado burrito and wrap it in the Better Day tortilla. No longer!
- Credit card accepted without minimums or fees.

I’m sad they’re not open on Sunday when I most often crave a burrito, but hey, they deserve the day off!

Oh my goodness this place is ridiculously delicious. The night before I spent $100 at a known place in downtown where they have a rooftop bar and el chile tornado blows them out of the water while also being significantly cheaper. I tried both their burrito and tacos. They are loaded with flavor. If I'm ever back in NM I would want to return to this place.

Literally one of the best burrito I've ever eaten.. The place was immaculately clean. I would definitely have to give these guys a five star. They're avocado Hot sauce is amazing. And there's some benches where you can sit comfortably in the shade and eat
