The ground beef guacamole tacos are amazing. I love the crunchiness of the shell. The burgers are also outstanding. I can’t wait to go back and try the chimichanga. They also had a Tewa taco which has meat beans, lettuce, tomato, and onions on Frybread.
Wheelchair accessibility: A little difficult if you’re mobility impaired as parking is a distance from the front door if the restaurant is busy. The restrooms are large sized for wheelchair or walker will accommodate a wheelchair.
I have never been disappointed with el parasol until today. They totally got are order wrong and didn't even offer to correct. We ordered two ground beef tacos and were given two ground beef burritos, the potatoes in the burritos were extremely undercooked.

If you want a good steak burrito with green chili and avocado oh my goodness my mouth is watering thinking about it! If, you go here they are the best ever there’s no place like parasol! Food is delicious. It’s amazing and services is amazing atmospheres is amazing. Love this place.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️??????
Parking: There’s numerous places to park on the right side on the left side in the parking lot next to them. You’ll find parking anywhere. You should have no problem finding parking. There’s even a parking lot next to them for semi’s.

Tamales were cold. Hamburger wasn't anything special. Staff stood around behind the counter until one finally decided to take our order.
This place is my personal favorite. The chicken guacamole tacos are the best and the posole is delicious.
