The ground beef guacamole tacos are amazing. I love the crunchiness of the shell. The burgers are also outstanding. I can’t wait to go back and try the chimichanga. They also had a Tewa taco which has meat beans, lettuce, tomato, and onions on Frybread.
Wheelchair accessibility: A little difficult if you’re mobility impaired as parking is a distance from the front door if the restaurant is busy. The restrooms are large sized for wheelchair or walker will accommodate a wheelchair.
I have never been disappointed with el parasol until today. They totally got are order wrong and didn't even offer to correct. We ordered two ground beef tacos and were given two ground beef burritos, the potatoes in the burritos were extremely undercooked.

If you want a good steak burrito with green chili and avocado oh my goodness my mouth is watering thinking about it! If, you go here they are the best ever there’s no place like parasol! Food is delicious. It’s amazing and services is amazing atmospheres is amazing. Love this place.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️??????
Parking: There’s numerous places to park on the right side on the left side in the parking lot next to them. You’ll find parking anywhere. You should have no problem finding parking. There’s even a parking lot next to them for semi’s.

The food is amazing, the place is beautiful the staff for the most part is great, but there is a few young girls that are really rude, ironically condescending and very disrespectful. I always leave the very least a 5 dollar tip but after interactions with these young, rude women, I refuse to leave a tip. I'm really hesitant to leave such a review because I come here often, spend a lot of money here but I'm afraid of retaliation so I order under a different name. I get it's a family business. A lot of the staff is family, which is ok, but the rude behavior and disrespect by these younger ladies is unacceptable.. but if you want great food it's almost worth putting up with..

What a waste of money for this visit to one of our favorite places! Flies everywhere, poor service, food was less than average today! Posole was raw, 3 big giant chunks of pork in the bowl, red chili had no flavor and was dark brownish red. My favorite guacamole chicken taco had more lettuce than anything else (couldn't taste the guacamole). Employees standing around behind the counter just chatting in their own world....
