Good tacos and burritos, nice lunch spot. We are from San Antonio TX so we are Tex-Mex snobs! This place lives up to excellent quality Tex-Mex!! 😁 While you order at the counter, the staff brings the food to table and restaurant was very clean.
We recently hosted a large event with approximately 180 guests, and we had the pleasure of working with El Parasol to provide and set up the food. From start to finish, the experience was flawless.
The food was phenomenal—beautifully presented, fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by every single guest. We received nonstop compliments throughout the evening, and people are still asking where the food came from!

From ABQ. This place is delicious! I got the chicharron burrito smothered .. best chicharrones I think I’ve ever had! Not chewy at all but airy and crunchy! The flavors were on point! Not hot but very flavorful! I recommend this spot
