So the food is good enough, but the birria is NOT birria. The meat tastes good, but the consome is NOT traditional birria consome, there is no ancho Chile, no anise, no tomate, no cinnamon, no allspice, etc. It's more like barbacoa than birria. For $14 I'm disappointed.

So this place is legit. Some of the best birria I have had. Read a review complaining about the tacos and the broth served with it, all I can say is this person has no idea. The birria and broth is so flavorful, so rich, and so full of love for the food they make. That broth took away a late night at a Meow Wolf concert in three sips. I will for sure seek this place out anytime I'm in Santa Fe.

Wow! So impressed with the service and food this great company served. Very polite and courteous.
We were in town visiting a friend (we live in another state) and quickly realized the empanadas we were ordering where not what we where accustomed to. The lady working was so patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. The empanadas were fantastic, we loved them! Thank you for introducing us to the New Mexico empanada. Next time we are in town we will be back. Bottom line, great food, great service!

We loved both our meals. Carne asada torta and chicken flautas. Folks commented on bland chicken but we thought everything that came with the flautas made the meal delicious. We will be back. The service was standard. We ordered and got our food in 10 minutes.

I’ve tried a lot of food trucks in Santa Fe and this is by far my favorite! Delicious all around, but the tortas are my favorite. My boyfriend and I eat here about once a week and just can’t get enough.

Just ordered their birria tacos because Fusion Tacos was closed ? my boyfriend and I ate one taco and threw the rest away. Swear there were bones left in the meat and came with what looked like dirt water.
