A very small restaurant with AMAZING moles! I always knew Oaxaca has various types of moles but had really only tasted a couple different styles. This establishment has at least a half dozen and all are amazing! If you like moles, you will NOT be disappointed. The only real problems are the few tables and parking can be a challenge but both are well worth the challenge. (The price was for 2)

This place is a gem with the greatest mole selection you will find. The food and service was excellent. We will go as many times as we can before we leave I have to try all the moles

The menu is really different to the typical Mexican food you get in the southwest. It says, it is authentic southern Mexican cuisine. We loved the different choices and our vegetarian daughter was very happy that they offered vegetarian/vegan options. Small place with friendly owner and service. Normal prices. Parking in the streets nearby.

5 stars for Fiesta Oaxaca! The food is colorful, fresh, and authentic. The staff is fantastic and the vibe is much more relaxed than some of the more 'touristy' spots nearby. Highly recommend the mole dishes.

I cannot express enough how delicious and life changing my meal was.
I ordered the Chile en Nogada which is an incredibly complex and aromatic dish of stuffed poblano pepper filled with pork, beef, plantain, peach, pear, apple, and raisins topped with a equally complex and aromatic white sauce made from walnuts and almonds with a sprinkling of fresh pomegranate seeds.
The dish itself came with rice, beans, and a mix of fresh lettuce and tomato. The beans were incredible which I find is often not the case in most Mexican restaurants I’ve tried in the states (best beans are often found in the home) but this restaurant delivered some of the best cooked beans I’ve had in my life. The rice as well was delicious and well prepared.
Along with the Chile en Nogada, I also ordered the Tamarindo agua fresca that was made fresh (not the packaged mix) and was the perfect blend of sour and sweet and so worth it.
Those who came with me ordered the carnitas tacos which they were equally impressed by.
The table also shared their chips and salsa appetizer and it was simple and delicious as well.
I’ll be back anytime I’m up in Santa Fe whether that be for pleasure or for work.
And don’t let price discourage you from having the experience. The complexity of the dish brings an understanding of where the price comes from and the taste will make you forget you even had to pay for the experience.
To note: the picture doesn’t give justice to how truly wonderful this dish is.

Vibe is wonderful with colorful festive decor and a large selection of uncommon dishes and vegan substitutes. Next time I’ll have to try the mole sample.

Delicious food, friendly staff and fair prices. Probably the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico. 10+

Colorful and pleasant place with a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of vegan options. The mole sampler is a must have with delicious warm moles. The mushroom quesadillas and vegan tacos are fresh and not too oily. Loved the kind service. Unfortunately they could not make the vegan Mexican hot chocolate today.
Excellent place, food was delicious. I had tamarindo enchiladas, never had something like that.
Server was kind and was able to explain ingredients in each dish.
I will live to go back and eat there again.

I’m so happy we stumbled upon this place, they have so many vegan options that I had decision fatigue (great problem to have!). I ended up taking the waiter’s advice on which dish to get and ended up with a delicious mole dish!! Highly, highly recommend!
Wasn't really into the food, but it's probably my fault. I ordered the mole oaxaca, received the mole rosado(I think, based on the color), but decided to just eat it because it's something new, why not! It didn't really taste like anything. The rice and beans were flavorful and delicious though, so I figure they have some good dishes, just maybe not the mole rosado.
