The wife and I stopped here after a guided tour of old downtown Santa Fe. Tons of vegan options and plenty of meat options for my wife. Highly recommend.

Lots of things can be made vegan. No separate vegan menu. I got a stuffed pepper and it was delicious. Could've been a bit more quantity but it was well worth it. Vegetarian friends had quesadillas and liked them. They let them get one of each quesadilla. Sangria was pretty good.

MY daughter ordered the mole assortment. It was fantastic and vegan. I am a vegan because meat gives me lumps on my fingers. I would return to Santa Fe ust for their moles.

Great food with lots of Oaxacan and Veracruz specialties. A nice change up from the standard northern Mexican fare. Also tastes fresher than a lot of Mexican restaurants.

Everything was so delicious, we kept ordering more to take home and eat tomorrow. The sauces were very unique and it was particularly good for vegetarians. A huge menu with unique flavors and creative combinations of food. I look forward to bringing many friends here. Fabulous service. And I am a foodie!

This restaurant blew my mind. It is SO unique. All 13 of us at the table enjoyed all of our dishes. This food is traditional Oaxacan and the chef really keeps things authentic. You can really tell it’s prepared w love. I can not recommend this place enough!

We stumbled upon this unique Mexican restaurant for dinner during our trip to Santa Fe. We were so pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian/vegan dishes including a favorite— vegetarian burrito with Oaxacan molé sauce which was out of this world! They seem to have figured out a proprietary vegan filling that was both healthy and savory. This place is a must visit for vegans/vegetarians when you visit Santa Fe!

Food is fabulous! Service may seem slow, don't get impatient, it's more than worth the wait. We recommend starting with the Mole sampler. After you find the Mole you like most, order a dish with that particular Mole. Portions are large!

I haven’t bitten into a worthy taco here in Santa Fe in such a long time, but their tacos al pastor are darn delicious. Absolutely flavorful, colorful tortilla that doesn’t fall apart (at least it didn’t for me), even the rice was amazing and I’m not a fan of restaurant rice. Small seating space inside, but they’re quick with their online orders. 13/10 recommend, and will definitely be back.

Delicious and authentic! This is one of the only places that makes vegan Mexican food that still feels like actual Mexican food!

In addition to a delicious menu, the service is polite and efficient every time. We will be back lots of times!

Wonderful food! Great service. It was a very hard choice to decide what to eat. My husband had the chile en nogada. I snuck a taste. It was wonderful. He said each bite tastes slightly different and the flavors are magnificent. I had the enchilada mole rosada. It was my first time eating mole and it was a safe choice due to my dietary restrictions. The ingredients listed in the salads made me want to try all of them. Most items showed they had a vegan version too.

It is off season and we came before noon. It was a wonderful day outside. There was no wait. When we left, we saw it was starting to fill up. I told them they needed to move to our area as all we had were texmex places.

Sorry no pictures as our phones were dead from enjoying Santa Fe and taking pictures all morning. You will have to come, enjoy the food, and take pictures yourself.

The rice didn’t do it for me. It doesn’t it most Mexican restaurants and I didn’t come for the rice. The black beans were good and the size portions were just right.

Vegetarian options: There were vegan and or vegetarian options for most if not all things on the menu

Dietary restrictions: The dishes are made fresh and between the vegan and vegetarian options as well as their menu asking you to tell them about any allergies I am sure all of your dietary restrictions could be addressed. I heard the people behind me asking about certain ingredients and the server was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and willing to have things made without certain items etc.

Folks, this isn’t New Mexico Mex or Tex Mex or CalMex. This is real Mexico Mex which, if you didn’t get the memo yet, is one the great cuisines of the world, along with (or excelling) the wonderful French, Chinese, and Indian traditions.
I was lucky to visit during a quiet time so it was fun to chat with the friendly folks who work there. When I got home I followed yalls suggestion for how to make better tortillas—it worked great.
