Worst sandwich I ever had and dessert it was old.
It was a rather slow line (to go) in morning, but worth it. I ordered wonderful lattes and bakery food. Delicious!

Difficult layout that makes everyone struggle. The food is meh and overpriced.

Food was tasty, but on a pricier side for the portion size you get.

Beautiful french pastry shop - I went in asking about quality espresso as I’ve been disappointed with others in the Santa Fe area. The owner let me taste free of charge and it was excellent. Quality beans roasted in Italy. Highly recommend! The crema I’ve been looking for!

Great place to make a pit stop while shopping around. I highly recommend the croque madame, quiche and the French union soup. But as always we ordered way too much!

Wonderful place for French pastries and crepes. Their chocolate croissant was the best I've had, even surpassing Paris chocolate croissants!

We ordered one savory crepe (ham and cheese) and one sweet crepe (raspberry). Sweet crepe was very good however the savory crepe was over-loaded with cheese. We took a few bites and left the rest.
Waitress was very nice however when we mentioned that the prep was unsatisfactory , she had no comment.
I think their excellent location allows them to cycle through new customers. In any case, we won’t be back.

How disappointing. I don't often leave negative reviews unless I think the situation warrants writing one. We saw the sign for this little restaurant just down the block from La Fonda. As lifelong fans of French dishes, we wanted to give it a try. Since neither of us was particularly hungry, though, we opted for one slice of quiche, one crepe with raspberries and two drinks (a soda and a SMALL bottle of Perrier). The quiche was mediocre at best (almost tasteless) while the crepe was tough and chewy and the berries all alone within its folds. No creme or glaze, and only the barest hint of powdered sugar. All in all, not very tasty.
We had wondered about being given menus with NO prices, and I suppose we ought to have asked. In retrospect, it's rather arrogant to assume that all your clientele is so well off they don't care what things cost. But since we had ordered only two minor items, we decided to go with the flow. We should have known better. The check came... $36... for a small quantity of very disappointing food. Yes, we tipped, which added another 20%, because I don't believe in penalizing the server for the failings of the restaurant.
Thus, despite its central location near the Plaza, and good faith efforts at a sort of French country decor, I cannot recommend it. And if you do decide to give it a try, definitely ask for a PROPER menu... with prices.
