This place has a large open dining room with comfortable chairs and booths. It’s fun to watch the chefs Work through the giant window between the dining room and the kitchen. Very chop chop in a hurry kind of service. Very good ice tea. My beef popped stickers were tasty. Incredible portion sizes wow.

What a magical place. We decided to spend Christmas in Santa Fe because Fun Noodle would be open. It was packed. The food was perfectly made despite the chaos. We got a super cute tote bag for spending over 50 dollars. A tote bag in Santa Fe costs 50 bucks.

We sat in front of a glass wall and watched as they made fresh noodles from scratch. When the tonkatsu ramen arrived I had the chance to eat them, or at least the close relatives. Fresh ramen noodles have completely spoiled me on most of the ramen shops back in Arizona. The broth was sublime, the pork incredibly lean, the egg just perfect. I will be eating here at least once more before returning home.
Quiet place to get some really tasty food. Everyone was friendly and service was great! Couldn't eat all the food I had but that's ok. The portions are a big!! Big and delicious! Noodles are made there which is totally cool!

If I get to come back to Santa Fe, I will ne coming back here. The service was great! The food was fresh and delicious! You actually get to see the guy make the noodles fresh. I had the beef fried dumplings. As you can see the plate is empty. Lol the sauce on the side was ok, I kicked it up by adding some soy and so chilli mix that was on table. I also had the spicy ramen. OMG 🤤 so delicious!

Wow! Went somewhere else earlier for dinner spent $75 on overpriced food. Came here because I was still hungry and for under $14 was pleasantly surprised! This place was delicious! Had the Youpo Noodle with beef, had a spicy kick and was delicious. Can’t wait try more dishes here.
