We sat in front of a glass wall and watched as they made fresh noodles from scratch. When the tonkatsu ramen arrived I had the chance to eat them, or at least the close relatives. Fresh ramen noodles have completely spoiled me on most of the ramen shops back in Arizona. The broth was sublime, the pork incredibly lean, the egg just perfect. I will be eating here at least once more before returning home.

If I get to come back to Santa Fe, I will ne coming back here. The service was great! The food was fresh and delicious! You actually get to see the guy make the noodles fresh. I had the beef fried dumplings. As you can see the plate is empty. Lol the sauce on the side was ok, I kicked it up by adding some soy and so chilli mix that was on table. I also had the spicy ramen. OMG đ€€ so delicious!

Wow! Went somewhere else earlier for dinner spent $75 on overpriced food. Came here because I was still hungry and for under $14 was pleasantly surprised! This place was delicious! Had the Youpo Noodle with beef, had a spicy kick and was delicious. Canât wait try more dishes here.

We got beef noodle soup (not spicy), edamame and vegetable dumplings. The noodles are really special! They are so chewy even though they are not very thick. The vegetable dumplings were tasty and the edamame had so much flavor on the skin. I thought they will peel it and have it seasoned but it was skin on. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Wonderful little spot, they where able to get us checked in and with our plates faster than expected. Waiter saw us struggling with the chopsticks and offered a helping hand.
My first time there. Ordered orange chicken carry out. Ate half, which was fine. Next day tried to eat the other half and the chicken was so chewy that I spit it out and it looked like plastic; it would not break down no matter how long I chewed. The texture was like plastic and as if it was freezer burned, which may be, as it was super hot when purchased, as if microwaved, so I donât think it was freshly made chicken. The rice was very flavorful. My first time there. đ

The food here is amazingâwe loved it so much, we came back the next day! I had the black tonkatsu ramen, which was light, creamy, and full of flavor. The handmade noodles were fantastic and even better as you eat. My husband had the roasted noodle soup, and it was equally deliciousâlight yet filling.
We also tried the Japanese octopus balls as an appetizer. They were crispy on the outside, fluffy and flavorful on the insideâdefinitely a must-try. A thoughtful bonus: they offer free sugar peanuts while you wait!
You can watch them make the noodles, which adds a fun touch. Service was kind and welcoming. My only (tiny) critique is I prefer a more custardy ramen egg, but thatâs just personal preference. Weâll definitely be back!
