This particular Fusion Tacos is the only taco spot my wife and I go to. The customer service is always amazing, and Melvin is consistently friendly and welcoming, he really makes you feel appreciated every time you stop by. The food is hands-down better than any of the other food trucks they have and even the restaurant. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this location is the place to go. Highly recommend!

While on vacation in Santa Fe, we found this taco food truck. The asada tacos were awesome. The flavor was great. The asada fusion bowl was good as well. Definitely recommend trying when you are in the area.

The street tacos were best with the red sauce packet. We tried al pastor and asada after learning we could only chose two meats.

The elote in the cup was not my vibe. It was not the flavor I was hoping for and it looked like watery corn soup- maybe it's better on the cob?

The gravel parking lot is likely best served by eating in your car. The common seating area behind the food truck may be a better option for folks without a vehicle (like us).

The vegetarian bowl had lots of veges. Without seasoning, the veges were bland. But the hot sauce was tongue on fire. The beans and rice were good. My friend had a cheeseburger which she enjoyed. The fries were crisp and salty.

I would have liked to try however the guy closed in my mom and I’s face at 5:20 while telling us they are open until 6 daily. Watched multiple people get turned away before 6 pm hit.

$25 dollars for a fit bowl, with an incorrect order and a child size amount of food. Thus place used to be great, I would eat here all the time. Warning!! It has changed.
