I ordered birria tacos and French fries. Tacos were mostly empty and now sauce fries were rock hard and no seasoning. Called to ask for assistance and got a computer saying they were busy and not accepting calls. Won’t go to the Llano location again.

Food is great, not all fusions are the same... Everyone is friendly! Eddie always takes my order every week, very nice and friendly and will make sure i get what i ordered as sometimes the order is wrong but i understand that they are busy and my order aint normal lol.

This is the worst location. Every time I get the quesabirria from Llano St specifically the tortillas are always soft and never fried, they never include consome and 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been there they have also forgot to include my salsas as well. I love all other locations and they always deliver great customer service and amazing quesabirria but this location is definitely lacking.

The truck was good but just went to the physical location for the first time and I guess they premade the quesapizza i ordered because it wasnt hot despite being clearly well cooked visibly. Serving someone someone elses forgotten order or pre making orders is not what i was expecting nor what the truck would do. Dissapointing because i was excited the physical location would make it easier to park and eat but the food really suffered the move.

The best in Santa Fe FINALLY got their own building!!! 1711 Llano St. Atmosphere, personality, great food, and, clean, secure and safety all are top notch. Carne Asada and Birria Tacos are the best and their green and red is fire with great flavors! On a scale of 1-10 they get a 15 hands down and then some!!

Absolutely amazing service, prices, and food!! This is the best food truck in Santa Fe by a long shot, with the best prices too. The portions are very big for only around $10 and the staff are super nice. Shoutout to Eduardo for going above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to or already in Santa Fe.
