It's inside the casino! We had to call them since no sign outside the restaurant (maybe i domt see it).
Food is good! Ramen Birria is good. Fit food salmon is awesome. The tilapia is ok.

Place is clean.

The birria tacos and churros are fire! Wasn't as big of a fan of the birria eggs rolls they arent as juicy as the tacos.

Food was so delicious! Fed a family of 7, fair pricing for the food. Good customer service, atmosphere feels very welcoming. Aguas frescas were good. Definitely stopping by here again next time we come to NM carne asada fries were bomb !

It's a restaurant inside the casino; we originally thought we were looking for a food truck. We got our order to go & took it back to the hotel.

Carnitas & veggie burrito were both delicious & traveled well.

Green salsa was good (spicy)
Didn't like the red salsa (also spicy)

I recently dined at Fusion Tacos Pojoaque with a group of six, and it was an unforgettable experience filled with vibrant colors and spectacular flavors in every bite. The food was not only delicious but also more than enough to share, leaving us with plenty of leftovers to take home!

The highlight of the meal was definitely the quesadillas filled with carne asada and birria, which were absolutely delightful, especially when paired with the rich consomé. Each bite was a perfect blend of savory goodness.

We also tried the nachos, which are generous enough to feed 1-2 people. They were piled high with toppings, making them a fantastic shareable option. Additionally, the bowl of carnitas and birria was another great choice—both dishes were mouthwatering, whether you're a fan of a little spice or prefer them milder.

Overall, Fusion Tacos Pojoaque exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for more delicious offerings!

food was dry lime no juice and the flavor sucks worse place to get tacos

I rarely go to cities of gold casino but the last time I went I saw fusion tacos out of the corner of my eye and I was super hungry. They take the player points you earn when gambling so I used my Buffalo card to pay for the food which is incredible. So far one of the best asada fries I’ve had. The green Chile cheeseburger is very good I’m enjoying another one as I write this. The green Chile has so much flavor and I don’t even like green chile. The elote cup with hot Cheetos is so good. The quesabirria is worth it. My goal is to order the whole menu at some point. Not to mention take advantage of the great monthly deals they have going on. Thank you Daniel for the great food.

I ordered birria tacos and French fries. Tacos were mostly empty and now sauce fries were rock hard and no seasoning. Called to ask for assistance and got a computer saying they were busy and not accepting calls. Won’t go to the Llano location again.
