Hands down this location in Santa Fe, has the best quesibirria tacos, burritos fries and more. The flavors were delicious, you can really taste the seasoning on the meat, the tortillas had the right crunch without being dry, the consóme was light had all the right ingredients loved that it wasn't salty. Everything had the right amount, portioned size but filling. The Agua Fresca was refreshing although it was too sweet for my liking but good. Would definitely recommend this place to visitors/tourist and those who live here. The drive is worth it!!!! ?
Service was super nice, I got chicken tacos half soft and half crunchy, I added a side of avocado sauce and sour cream, had a beer and I was there for hours, it's super nice, definitely a recommendation

I had the Keto Street Tacos and they were fabulous! My mom and the Dorinachos and she loved them as well! The atmosphere inside the Santa Fe Brewery was fantastic! Minus the fact the bartender didn't play a song I requested but no hard feelings towards that. He was busy! But this is a MUST visit if in Santa FeDietary restrictions: Keto Street Tacos

Set up outside of Santa Fe Brewing Company, Fusion Tacos provides very tasty authentic Mexican dishes and excellent service. We enjoyed the Tuesday 10-taco special with a combination of crunchy and soft shells filled with asada and birria. A nice variety of sauces, cilantro on top, and side veggies made this a wonderful lunch special. Thank you, Fusion Tacos!

The veggie lovers veggie was listed on the menu to include zucchini and peppers. When mine did not the line cook tried to tell me it wasn't supposed to. Eventually he sautéed some veggies because my bowl was rice, corn, tofu- not exactly a veggie lover! He was rude and literally put his (gloved) hand on my food explaining it contained corn. My friend ordered a fit bowl. She was told only red rice was available- which she agreed to but her meal then contained no rice. It was a busy night, we chilled and ordered drinks but the wait was exceptionally long. Our group luckily started eating as the food arrived because it was over 40 min for all of us to receive our order. No reason for fude service

Everything here has a distinctive, to me unpleasant, aftertaste--not a good one--what is it? Everything tastes (and looks) the same--the asada tastes like the carnitas tastes like the birria --none of which are distinctive. I want to like this place but it's no Mexican truck.
