lady at the registrar stated she was the manager and had an attitude when asking about discount. wouldn’t give her name as she didn’t give the proper discount and was unprofessional. as someone who goes to fusion frequently it’s saddening to see service this bad from this lady. won’t be back for some time due this being the service

Worst Mexican food ever! Nothing fresh, everything pre-cooked, dry and flavorless. Several advertised veggie ingredients were not in stock. Horrible mall atmosphere. Meals were assembled poorly rather than cooked. Drinks were even worse, completely failing to resemble the fruits from which they were allegedly made. Zero stars.

Vegetarian options: Poorly pre-cooked, lukewarm vegetables. Did not have the advertised tofu

I have never felt so ripped off by a food establishment. I ordered a birria burrito from Fusion at the Santa Fe place and was given a tiny pathetic little burrito! I have never seen such a small burrito before. I also ordered a side of beans and spanish rice with no drink and it was over twenty dollars! The salsa was filled only a third of the way up in the little plastic cups. Two years ago the burritos were quadruple the size of what I got. I could of went to a nice New Mexican restaurant for the price I paid. I won't be back and I will make sure to warn my many families, friends, and coworkers not to eat there as well.

Excellent flavor, high-level service, but on several occasions I ask not to put something in my food and to my surprise they add it, something that is not to my liking.
When you eat there it is always clean.

Great cuisine...yummy chicken tacos and quesadillas

Food is very delicious. Salmon is a small portion for 23$ but good They give you more rice than you should receive.

Gross greasy too much cheese too little veggies. Blah. This is the choice if you haven't had a BM in a while.

So I came to the mall for a quick meal. Stopped by Fusion tacos. I'm pretty disappointed. Most driest tacos I have ever eaten. No salt, no seasoning. Stay away from this Taco nonsense from this place.

I order 2 pans of tacos for my family and I got nearly any meat I was expecting a better experiment from the past. The first time this happened to me, but I wasn’t in a rush so I went to tell them. This time I needed to pick up my kids and I already had waited 40 minutes for the pans to be ready so I thought everything was done good. I wish I had checked before leaving!
