Starlight Lounge bartender Lynn, was charming, the singer Syndney Westan was original and delightful, (we left large tips for both) the Nachos and the Cauliflower appetizers were old, dried up, and terrible, so we did not eat them. When I asked the supervisor, Edgar Ortiz to remove those items from my bill he refused, and said everybody eats that food. I do not recommend this place, and I feel sorry for the residents.

Garbo's has been under new management since 2014 so there is no relation to when it was managed by Rainbow Visions. The new Executive Chef and his team provide a variety of delicious food with impeccable presentation.
