Paid for gas with cash. Cashier told me I was wrong about the total. “No no” she said counting it over and over. Then admitted I was right. Next put it on the wrong pump. Rude the entire time. Talking on her phone about how she was almost off. Finally just got my money back. Took forever for that too.

Refused to sell tobacco to my boyfriend because we are from FL and the ID for under 28 year olds is vertical, unlike New Mexico apparently. This is the second time it has happened and we confirmed that pursuant to both New Mexico state AND federal legislation. You HAVE to accept a valid photo ID because it is a crime to falsify government documents. You are not qualified to catch criminals; and refusing valid ID's under the guise of caution against negligence is not legal given your jurisdiction. You are discriminating on the basis of age and economic status, and you are baselessly acting against the interest of private citizens - you are begging for him to sue you. We have already proceeded with a formal complaint with corporate.NM Article 37, Section 61-37-14, Subsections B and C.

Bought a drink that wasn't scanning. The lady on the other register told the guy ringing me up that it was 3.29. I told him it said 1.69. She told him I was wrong so I paid the 3.29, then went and checked and it was 1.69. I had the guy come and check, the lady refused to. He said I was right and he could give me a few coffee but no refund. I didn't want coffee so I just left. The lady was rude and obviously they over charged me then wouldn't correct it.

I didn't get robbed or shot so that's a plus it's nice to be able to go to a gas station that's actually clean and well stocked with things that you need while you're on the road gas prices are usually pretty fair and it's better than any gas station you would walk into in Albuquerque New Mexico and that's because it's in Santa Fe.

At the time I filled up my truck with gas this gas station had one of the lowest prices for gas with the quality gas I trust.
