We waited 2 hours 30 minutes for two pizzas. The place never was close to fully occupied. We watched and watched guests who arrived after us received their pizza. We got every defensive response possible, why ours was not made . We finally received one pizza and were told your meal is a no charge. “Not much else we care to do to get you the second pizza. “. Everyone makes mistakes, but please take action in the future to rectify- you just ignored not putting the order in and decided to dig in and defend the indefensible!

The “dude” that controls the Sunday night scene from behind the bar successfully managed to make us leave by not waiting on us 4 times. Each time was “give me 2 seconds” while he dried the same glass over and over while laughing with his bar buddies in a competitive way. Sad, your pizza looked and smelled delicious but you couldn’t be bothered to wait on us. Hotel Chimayo should think twice about over-endorsing you.

The fourth star was due to not having their arugula salad! We farm, the pizza was excellent, great crust, had a bottle beer cause dos Equis was out on the tap? Thank you for the hard work and nicely cooked pizza!
