Great wine bar with limited menu. We had the Herve charcuterie platter, which was well curated and generous. We also shared the spinach salad, which was delicious. Very busy but the limited staff coped quite well and apologized sincerely for any waits that we had. Recommend.

We happened upon this hidden gem while exploring Santa Fe. Upon entry we were greeted enthusiastically by Victor. He was so inviting! He was very helpful with recommendations. We settled on the wine flights (2) and the bacon wrapped dates, solid choice, it allowed us to sample six different wines. We ended up with a favorite, Canyon Five, and even ordered bottles through the website to have delivered. We returned the next day, and that was ONLY because of how hospitable Victor was and we were not disappointed today! We had the Harvest Chicken and it was delicious. I only hope I can duplicate that sandwich when I get home!
Visiting Santa Fe went to gaze upon the magical stairs a stranger built no nails no name beautiful artistry. We went walking from our Hotel Chama We kept visits restaurants reading the menus. We walked into this gem. The wine order appetizers and two dinners they were both outstanding gourmet meals. The ambiance was romantic very relaxing vibe inside full of light and plants. Manager helped us he was wonderful us! We will definitely be back! Higher end - great ambiance-

After several hours of touristing about Santa Fe, Herve Wine Bar sounded like the perfect place to rest our feet and rehydrate, so to speak. The space is gorgeous and light-filled. There is seating on two floors in an interior courtyard. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly server who let us pick our seat. After asking the server a few questions about options, we ordered a few appetizers (bacon-wrapped dates and the bruschetta sampler) and two different wine flights. We enjoyed everything tremendously and would love to go back here again.

It is a relaxing environment and delicious wine! It was my first time coming to Hervé Wine Bar; this was a last-minute plan because I wanted to stay within walking distance from the hotel. We had a fantastic experience, such a calm, enjoyable vibe; they have many seating options, from comfy couches to a bar or table. We were greeted immediately and opted for the lounge couch. We had the Harvé board, which was delicious, and the jalapeno-wrapped shrimp. I had the Sparkling flight, and my husband had the Reds flight. The service was quick and delightful. I will be returning.

Great service, good food and fantastic digs! Truly enjoyed the experience! I got the hummus and lavender-infused feta with grilled pita, grilled marinated artichoke hearts and fresh cucumber. I couldn't taste the lavender in the feta (thankfully as I don't care for the flavor. The spicy sweet citrus olives were an odd addition and were the only part of the appetizer that wasn't cohesive.
Yummy wine, good service, food was good (get the charcuterie board!) with lots of local ingredients and items. Setting / ambience is really nice with an indoor courtyard.

What a fantastic place for a glass of wine and bite of food mid afternoon. Server Emily was phenomenal and the Herve Board was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our wine and the relaxing atmosphere at Herve Wine Bar in Santa Fe.

What a wonderful oasis in the Santa Fe Historic district. Attentive service (thanks Hattie!), relaxed chill vibe, excellent food (I had the bacon wrapped Dates with Heritage Dry Gerwertztraminer and Creme Brulee with a sample of the St. Clair Kiva Dessert Wine.
