Good service and friendly groups

A freaking Centipede was in the bed with us!!! And because we booked through a third party there was "nothing" they could do to compensate. Which there are other things they could have done. So here I sit writing this to warn other travelers. Be careful if you want to stay here. Check your rooms and bed because they are attracted to moisture and other pest that could be in the rooms.

Rude staff. Over charged then refunded partially only to later be charged even more. Housekeeping came in twice on my second day of a four night stay waking me up. Hair in bathtub. Saw a bed bug. Limited menu that was overpriced. Hallways smell of cigarettes. I was in the hot tub when the lights went out without warning and I scratched my legs getting out. My stay should’ve cost around $700 but I’ve been charged over $1100.

It was a really unpleasant experience. I was still asleep when they entered the room at 8:30 AM. I complained to the manager, but they simply stated that it was their policy. If you value a good night’s sleep, I would not recommend this hotel.

The carpet is absolutely horrific! How can they have carpet that is nearly impossible to pull suitcases on? No luggage carts, No staff, ghost town on Friday night. Police came banging on all guest stores at 2AM waking everyone up! No apologies or care from front desk clerk who was opening all guest doors!What a ghetto motel!

Food is way to expensive 17.00 for a sandwich. Terrible customer service. I'm done eating there. I told the gentleman we gave him a tip he didn't care still bad attitude.

So after 2 years they can’t fix the ice machine on the 3rd floor!
They have decided to remodel almost every eatery downstairs in the casino all at the same time!
Can’t they afford to replace the chairs in their rooms?
I’ve stayed here a couple times and the first time it was great but this time I’m not really happy about it!
Oh and the remote control is dead 😵

Extremely poorly ran operation there. Their staff opened my door at 330a.m... Luckily I heard the commotion of the door handle being opened and got to the entry way just as the door was thrown open. I called security for someone banging on a door down the hall. Obviously, the hotel didn't check to see who was in the rooms to figure out BEFORE they decided to come in to our room! Scared the hell out of my two younger daughters and my wife. I'll never stay again! They can take the $50 discount they offered my and shove it straight up their ***es!

Sneaky pricing practices! I bought a Starbucks coffee on Saturday inside the hotel. The menu for a grande caramel macchiato said $6.40, they just asked for the room number & gave me a receipt. Later on I happened to check it, and it said $8.75. The next day, I go to ask them, and it turns out that they charge “what is on our screen”. Why would they post incorrect prices on the screen, then charge a higher price, and hide this by not confirming the price and just asking for the room number?! Deceptive pricing like this makes me never want to visit a Hilton property again!!

I had made a reservation and paid it was for the wrong date, I didn’t realize once it was realized the reservation came and went. The costumer service was terrible about the situation. Couldn’t help do anything or give me any information. I wanted to still stay at the establishment but they weren’t helpful and denied my request for a refund or to pay for another room. Overall it was a horrible experience and I would not book with this hotel there lack of costumer service and communication was so poor.

We were here for my wife's business.
They charged our night stay double and they charged all the incidentals and I've been trying to get a hold of somebody to get it fixed and nobody's called me back so I'm calling corporate. Not happy at all with their customer service very very poor.

Beautiful rooms with 2 fireplaces. Great sunset views from the balcony. Spacious bathrooms but lacks in water pressure in shower.

Nearby activities: Santa Fe just a few miles away but far enough from the tourist.

After a beautiful day at Ojo Caliente, I decided to get dolled up, get some dinner and drinks, and spend some money playing casino games.

We arrived at 10 pm, and the front desk said restaurants and drinks were still available, we got up to the room, decided not to change, and went down to the bar and they said they were closed, we then went to the "restaurant" which was a snack bar with two items left, again, two items left, they were both PRE-MADE FRITO PIES, seeing we are both from New Mexico, (I now reside in Austin) my friend was trying to take me out to a nice evening at the "beautiful" casino, so we both know that you don't pre-make Frito pies. Also, we couldn't even get drunk enough to eat those nasty-looking pre-made pies. Our options were none!

So, with no food and no drinks, why stay?
So, we went up to our room and immediately checked out. We did speak to the front desk about their misleading comments about everything being open, and get no customer service, you'd expect paying over $200 a night they'd at least be pleasant and understand the role in hospitality.

My friend contacted managers, Ken Trujillo and Sandra Dominguez, never to get a call or email returned.

We are very dissatisfied with the misleading, disrespectful management and rude hospitality staff of this casino.

Please, feel free to contact me, I cannot believe we had to drive to Santa Fe and find a place to eat, drink, and sleep.

I cannot believe management still hasn't reached out, we have been back to Ojo twice and found other arrangements to stay at with respect and hospitality!

A beautiful hotel that has enough high quality Native American art to qualify as a museum. The rooms are cozy and clean, the public areas are well maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional.
