Spacious spot with a cute outdoor space in back. Lots of interesting food & drink options, smoothies. Art on display is nice. Large lounge area with couches and armchairs to relax in. Can be a bit loud when busy. No dogs except service animals. Overall a chill spot to hang around or work. Across from park/skatepark near city centerVegetarian options: Seems like some stuff is vegan also but you can add egg if you likeWheelchair accessibility: It's inside a building with other spaces. ** Tldr: be careful here if you have any food allergies! **I’m a regular and have always spoken very highly of iconik and will continue to do so- I sincerely hope that I can change this rating asap to be better. That being said, I have a severe reaction to lactose and dairy in any amount, so I always order my drink with oat milk. I specifically don’t drink oat milk at home so that I don’t get used to the taste and therefore can always have peace of mind when I order drinks. I’ve been a barista before and I know it can be nerve wracking to have a customer watching you make their drink, so I do everything I can to make sure that the experience is good for myself and the barista. Today, at around 10am, I ordered a drink with oat milk as always and when I got it I couldn’t taste the oat milk. I was worried but I didn’t react right away because I know that in the past I’ve gotten used to the taste and been unable to detect it. After about 10 minutes I started to feel a bit sick, so I went to ask the barista if they remembered what milk they used in my drink and they gave me an annoyed look and said that they “don’t even remember my drink” as if it was ridiculous of me to ask. I understand that these questions can be annoying, and I’m sure they were just having a bad day and are a lovely person- but it could have become a very severe situation for me and could for others too. I don’t expect baristas to remember every single drink, but when it comes to health risks I do expect more cooperation- asking me questions about the drink to see if they remember or offering accommodations, or even just saying that they don’t remember in a tone that doesn’t make me feel like I’ve done something wrong.I am ok now, the sick feeling was most likely just a placebo effect of knowing it was a possibility. I don’t like to write negative reviews, but I worry that something like this would happen again to me or to someone who has a more severe reaction to an allergy.I would also like to note that the person who took our order, a different person than the barista who made my drink, was very sweet and made my friend and I smile during the small interaction.Thank you.

The food was amazing. The coffee wasn’t the greatest in comparison to other shops. I’ve been to all over. Come get food here.

If you’d love to find a place where regulars give you the eye when you walk in and the help answers your questions in curt monosyllables, look no further. While my tea and cookies were OK, the side of utter indifference and near-disdain they came with ensure I won’t be repeating my mistake in visiting here. Someplace - almost anyplace - deserves my money more than this joint.

Stopped by here before our day in Santa Fe. We got the horchata latte in both hot and cold. Both were way too milky without a strong enough coffee flavor. The hot tasted nothing like horchata. Huge interior and looks like a good place to do work or study, but for coffee I would t recommend.

I gave 5 stars because I like the coffee and I don’t believe in giving full on bad reviews. That being said, the Croque Madam Waffle might be one of the most tasteless things I have ever put in my mouth. Insipid would be a polite way to put it. On the other hand, coffee, fantastic. Staff, wonderful. Just maybe nix the fancy waffle.

Food is good, coffee is great, music is way too loud. It used to be you could go out into the courtyard if you didn't want to listen to the loud music on the inside, but now it's being piped out into the courtyards. I've come here for a long time, after work, in the afternoons to just chill. But now I can't go outside to just have some quiet time. Sadly, time for me to find a new coffee house

We are visiting in from out of town and found a need to make a review here. There are three sides to this review -- Physical Space, Beverage Quality, and Service. TLDR: Physical Space: Awesome vibe. Cool environment. Loud music. If noise sensitive, beware. Beverage Quality: Solid Stuff. No quality complaints and the horchata is excellent. Service: Socially Anxious beware. Seems pretentious and expectant of already knowing The Rules. Physical Space: Superb decoration, space, and physical ambiance. Cool art, plants, spaciousness, good chairs, the works. HOWEVER. I am a noise sensitive human (specifically for constant loudness or clanky noises), and this place was super triggering for me. The music is quite loud depending on where you sit, and the noise of the bar area can be quite prolific at times. The only way I could tolerate it was with headphones and music, and that tolerance of it was... tenuous. The music selection is tailored to 80s-90s babies. Beverage Quality: Solid drinks. My partner had a decaf latte and a horchata latte, while I had a Gibraltar and a cup of normal coffee. All were good. Note if you want to bring a personal cup though... they only serve things in up to 10 or 12 oz. I was not aware of their limit on filling things up, and just asked for a cup of coffee in my 16oz cup. The guy said yes and left 2-3 inches of room. In filling the coffee, it was splashing all over the side of the cup as well, so the cup was quite damp when I received it. When I confusedly asked for my cup to be properly filled (thinking he had just left room for cream like people do all the time), I was met with mild sass and a feeling of my having Audacity for asking to fill up my cup. Service:*see above for coffee size warning. Especially for people with any semblance of social anxiety. My partner, when he approached the bar to ask the bar barista something about his drink, was also quite ignored. It appeared the barista had headphones in while barring. He was able to get the baristas attention, but was quite ignored until he made a specific effort to get his attention. For clarity, more effort to get a baristas attention than you typically need to (saying Hey there or similar).

Visited twice on our recent Santa Fe trip, and hung out both times to enjoy not just the coffee and breakfast but the whole feel of the space. Clearly loved by the locals, and serves a great cup of java.
