Everything is perfect: good food, good service. However, the atmosphere is tedious, very noisy, and the space is small. Plus, they allow pets, which is inconvenient. 4 stars

Manager treats his own race poorly,
I went in today and gotten the free pancake meal just like any other veterans would .
When I got in the lady that was my waitress asked for my id which wasn’t a problem .
After giving her a id the man that’s the manager looks at me while sitting down others at a table then goes to my waiter and tells her to relook at my military and bring it to him .
Which she did then he brought them back to me and says “thank you for your service.”
Later they bring the food in which I have two babies and it’s just me alone mind you.
I tell them if I can get boxes to go . So that the kids don’t make messes and stuff the man that’s the manager tells me no .
And a man and his woman that were also veterans over heard this whole situation.
The manager then brings two boxes and says please don’t take anything to go I highly recommend you eat it all here.
Then as the man and woman were leaving they gaven me a $25 and told me they understand how it is having kids and left.
It’s embarrassing to even have to go through restaurants this way especially for the fact that I have kids that should give a right for us to ever leave with food if we need to.

Ordered over hard eggs, got om, got the wrong pancakes, wrong plate, just settled, the drink was awesome never tried b4, took forever .

I was dining at IHOP when the manager, Ameen, started yelling at our server right in front of customers. They were arguing about other guests, and Ameen kept raising his voice so loud that the entire restaurant could hear. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit through.

To make things worse, Ameen actually told the server he was fired after his shift, right there in front of everyone. Completely inappropriate and embarrassing for both the employee and the customers who had to witness it.

Because of this argument, our service was delayed, although I could tell our server was doing his absolute best to keep up despite the situation. Still, this kind of management behavior is completely unacceptable.

I will never return to IHOP, especially after seeing how poorly management treats their employees and how it impacts customers. Their service has really gone downhill, and this experience sealed it for me

If you advertise that the restaurant close at midnight then at least try to have someone that takes care of the people who show up an hour early or close your doors early if the workers get mad cause they get people at 11 pm we were completely ignored the time we were there the dishwasher had to bring us our food that sat on the window for a while and then when they gave us the bill they have the audacity of trying to add the tip for the service when no one else but the dishwasher was trying at least to be nice I work in the service industry and I’ll never ignore people like that the manager in charge should be accountable for the employees behavior there was one server on the restaurant and she just left as soon we arrived there.

IHOP advertises their $6 value menu hard, yet it’s only for online ordering. So if you want $6 value, order online and do not sit down in restaurant. An annoying lesson to learn, but easy to work around forever going forward.

Food and service was great regardless

Update: sat down at dennys the next day and was handed a menu with $6 meals without needing to ask. Dennys does ihop deals better than ihop.

We had been seated and waitress she said would return back to get our drink order but yet she serviced a table that sat after us. Service them water and coffee. Even though we sat first, unknown if large group that sat before us was acknowledged customers but we were stumped by this. I believe maybe they got some type of perk but I believe service should be on seating order. I was given a dirty coffee cup that had residue coffee in it. Request a new cup, then we had gotten our food, upon further inspection my daughter had got biscuit and gravy. On top of biscuit we need a small potential molding and turned it away and asked for a new order. Whew! Saved a trip to doctor. We will try to enjoy the rest of our breakfast meal. An icon of breakfast chain let us down today..
