I hadn't been here in years I was shocked to see that it hasn't changed one bit service was pretty good he seemed frazzled that he didn't have more help so you could tell they were understaffed the food was just okay regular old IHOP stuff.

Food was delicious. Server was very slow to take our order and bring food out. People that showed up after us were getting food before us. That was the only issue, so over all not bad.

awful awful awful, DO NOT COME HERE PLEASEEE. If you’re hungry i highly recommend you go somewhere else if you don’t want random charges popping up. Just got charged an extra $20 after I paid $35? alright service, smelt nasty and food wasn’t great either. Just to be scammed? It’s really awful what their doing and i’m hoping it’s just an accident. Knowing this place has my card information is so scary really. I will be changing my card information after I get a refund this is ridiculously scary and unprofessional. Charged $55 for 4 pieces of bacon, 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast with one glass no refills of water, psh in what world? PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I will never bring my team to this location ever again. We called an hour ahead to give a heads up a team of 21 will be stopping in at 9pm right after a 4 hour meet. Got there got seated a little after 9. Took well over 20mins to get our order taken, another 55 mins to get our food. I understand it was a lot of people so we didn't push it. BUT our food was sitting under the heat lamps and when we asked if the athletes could atleast get their food. The waitress said sure, but still did not bring em out. The food was so rubbery from sitting there it was disgusting!No refills, we had to get up and ask. To top it all off, the manager on duty, catered to what we assumed were her friends, got their food a party of more then 10 before us, she stood there chit chatting. We got out close to midnight. Worst place ever and the worst $342.00 spent not including the extras we paid to goAnd we still tipped! Checking out was another horror.

My wife and I arrived to I Hop a week ago. There were only two tables occupied as it was around 9pm. The host directed us to a table as we sat down. My wife chose this place ahead of Denny's this evening. Nobody ever gave us a menu or came to take our order as ten minutes passed! The waitress was busy talking to a table of guys that she seemed to know. The host was no where around? So my wife got frustrated and said "let's leave"! As we started to leave the host appeared and said "is everything okay"? My wife replied, "no it isn't and nobody gave us a menu or came by? And "we are leaving"! This was discouraging as my wife is a professional host/ restaurant worker! I suggest the waitress pay more attention to detail. And the host follow up right away to see if all is well? Neither happened! I also tip very well as this could of been a good situation for the waitress, but I guess we were a nobody couple!
