We read reviews for Il Piatto and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I had the gorgonzola tortellini and it was decadent! Hubby had the pork chop and enjoyed his as well. On evenings they had a guitar player in the intimate dining room and we enjoyed that as well. All food was great and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu

The wine list is the best part about this restaurant. Recently had dinner here my partner's steak was delicious my Bolognese was OK. The atmosphere, wine, and service we're very good. Almost 5 stars but not quite.

The amtophere & serves was great. And the wine selection was excellent. We order chocolate mousse for dessert & what a disappointment. For the price it was too small even for a child to eat.

Im not one to leave reviews unless the food is exceptional, and unfortunately the food here was exceptionally bad. It was very expensive for low quality and small portions. My friend and I took dessert home and she got the tiramisu and it was HORRIBLE. My dessert was worse, I got the canolli and I took a bite to discover a huge piece of plastic inside the canolli. Save your money, stay home.
We had dinner here last night. We ordered a bottle of sparkling water. When the check arrived that bottle of sparking water cost us $9.00. I have never paid that for sparkling water. Especially since i bought the exact same water for $1.49 that day from Whole Foods. Highway robbery!!

My wife and I get to Santa Fe at least once and usually twice per year. We always make it a point to have dinner there because we always have a wonderful meal and experience. Service has always been excellent!

Are here last night (for restaurant week). There was only one vegetarian starter, so they let me do two half orders of pasta instead of a starter and main. Much appreciated. I ordered the squash ravioli, and Gorgonzola ravioli. One of them was a little bit garlicky for my taste, but still very good. Got a cannoli for dessert. Our server was very good and attentive. Gave good recommendations. Will return.

Looking forward to dinner but at 40. For a half bottle to start, we had to laugh and leave To bad, the menu looked wonderful. Update- we were seated and looked at your menu in person, the food looked good and food prices were reasonable. The wine prices on your wine list menu were not, wine cave and all that not withstanding. We were hungry and wanted to enjoy your restaurant but we love wine with dinner but even your least expensive half bottle was $40. So we couldn't.
