My first visit to Java Joe's. I only enjoyed a cup of house coffee, but it was delicious. The staff were clean, friendly, attentive and professional. The establishment was clean and I liked the decor. There was plenty of seating, and a big deal for me; the tables were wiped clean. The condiment bar was fully stalked. Also tidy. The bathrooms had locks keeping them clean from vagrants probably. Because they were clean. Haha.
I will be back.

Asked for 3 of their delicious cookies in individual bags. Guess she realized they were gifts because the person waiting on me not only packed each one individually in a little bag, she added a napkin to each one and put all three in a paper bag for me to carry. How adorable to make a simple cookie purchase so special. Not only do they have great coffee, great baked goods and a great staff, but they have a wonderful sense of fun. Wish I'd gotten her name. Her simple kindness made our day. Love Java Joe's at Siler!

Fabulous place. I desperately needed a spot to work so was there for four hours. As a travelling remote worker I find that the signals in many hotels are just not strong enough to allow me to work on my laptop. No trouble here! To try to make up for taking up space I bought 2 teas, a latte, a cinnamon roll, coffee cake and cookie ?- all delicious!! Everyone was incredibly friendly. Wish I could be a regular (without working!). Thank you for not hurrying me on my way - you were a life saver!?

Good coffee. $2 up charge for nondairy milk in coffee is exhorbitant.

They do not have any alternative creamer to Dairy. They became rude and said they had plenty of alternative milks and that they would not provide any alternative creamers. I understand that you have alternative milks, I am talking about creamers.

It's truly unfortunate but what used to be a great coffee shop has gone way downhill. Their servers are rude, they roll their eyes at customers, they argue with customers, and they no longer smile at customers.
