My absolute favorite here is definitely the rice balls with crab! Delicious!

Truly outstanding food, my favorite sushi in New Mexico for sure not to mention the owner Jesus is super kind and very helpful if you aren’t sure what to get!

Decided to get the sashimi salad (medium hot)
Looks delicious, this is no doubt the best sushi in Santa Fe, always fresh, I just wish they were open til 6 so we could pick it up after work.
He gave me tamari & will help make sure ur food is gluten free

Jesushi (pronounced Hey -sushi. Spanish pronunciation) Is the best sushi I've had in ages and certainly the best sushi I've had in New Mexico, currently they're having issue with online ordering so please order by phone until they fix that issue.

I got a secret item and I am super impressed.
This sushi burrito is perfectly rolled & didn't fall apart like so many others I have had, the microgreens were a nice touch, they have vegetarian & gluten free options they might be able to do vegan, call and check first. The rice to fish ratio was perfect one piece of fish I had was a bit hard to eat it was a little hard to bite apart but I'm not giving points off for that it did not negatively impact my experience at all. Next time I'm gonna ask for the pickled ginger & wasabi on the burrito.

I will suggest one thing I've had on my mind since I've had sushi burritos & had fusion goods, maybe they can do a ceviche roll?

They could make ceviche, load it into a roll & cut it or put it into a sushi burrito with some extra goods like micro greens or whatever sounds good, maybe thinly sliced lemon on top of the roll, if they do make this I hope they keep a gluten free option available.
It sounds like a match made in heaven.

my favorite rolls are sometimes hard to find :
Cucumber wrapped roll
Inari nigiri
And also anything with octopus

They do not these options but they have amazing food and great service I hope at some point they can offer some of these
(And a ceviche roll & maybe dedicated sushi burritos)

always good, I wish they were open till 6 to make it easier to grab after work but everything they make is delicious and super fresh, I'm afraid to go get sushi anywhere else because I know I'll probably be disappointed. they make sure to make it gluten free for me and he even had tamari! Such a hidden gem in Santa Fe ! Fish always tastes so fresh. Top 3 sushi places alongside Ozu and Izanami.

Yummy! Jesus knows how to make great sushi! We found this fab food truck on Google and so glad we did! Skeptical at first, our hesitation was definitely laid to rest.

The rolls (Jesushi, baked salmon and dancing dragon) and nigiri were delicious! Very well made and tasted so fresh. We decided this was the best sushi in the ABQ/Santa Fe area. Definitely will be coming back!

A tad hard to see from the road but keep looking! So worth it!

I lived in Japan for 25 years. Jesushi is the best sushi I’ve found in Santa Fe. Really, really good. Owned by a very nice man named Jesus, who does great Sushi…. thus the name Jesushi!

Very good food, I recommend it, it has a natural and rich but tasty flavor, everything they make in this establishment JESUSHI, I have eaten in several places and this is one of my favorites for style, flavor and good service, come friends, I know what you will like. Wow! I never thought I'd say this about food truck sushi but it is the most delicious and fresh tasting in town! The owner is very friendly too. I wish we'd found this gem sooner - we'll be back again soon for sure.

Outstanding sushi! Wish I knew if it sooner!Coming from Vancouver, where sushi is abundant and delicious, Santa Fe hadn't been able to meet my wife and my desires for great sushi. Until we found this place!The sushi rolls were fantastic. They tasted fresh and high quality. We were thrilled to have found this place and plan on returning again soon. Can't believe such great sushi could be found in a food truck!
