Seriously so slow for a place that is supposed to be fast? I’m here often and 20 mins is typical. Don’t ask me why I keep coming back.

Sooooo slowwwww. Only ones in drive thru, had to wait 8 minutes just to put in our order, another 15 minutes no joke just sitting in the drive thru line. We are the only ones in line and it’s half hour to get a sandwich? Still hasn’t come.

Both times I have been here it has been closed. 8:16pm on 4-24 closed. Avoid this location, they do not adhere to their business hours.

Wish I saw the reviews before I came here. HORRIBLE place, horrible staff, not clean AT all and almost impossible to get your money back when THEY mess up. This place is in desperate need of new management or needs to close asap

Incredibly rude employees and it was not deserved or instigated. When i called to tell management he was also incredibly rude and kept cutting me off in conversation. Would not let me finish my sentence and turned the conversation on me and that i was the problem.

I was waiting to place an order in drive-through. Cars begin to lineup behind me and no one was answering. I had attempted to communicate multiple times with no response. I drove up to window in case there was an electronic failure. Manager answered and asked me what I needed. I informed them of my situation. He told me he does not take orders at the window and I would need to pull around and wait behind the five cars that have pulled up behind me. I told them no I would like to speak to your general manager. The general manager came up to the window and asked me very rudely. “What’s my problem” I explained to him the situation and he told me he didn’t hear anybody. But he’ll take my order. Both were very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to. I am not from Santa Fe so I am not used to this kind of service. Also, I do not expect this kind of service from a franchise like Jimmy John’s.
